I received a Fire TV, not an Android TV. The TV has the info / profile of the last owner, how a big company like bestbuy didn't even spend time to do factory reset, 4k channels is working as a slow motion so you can say the 4k not working

The Volume is never working, the customer support sucks and I have purchased an unreliable tv that is pretty to watch but with NO sound. Do NOT buy. The tv has only been in my home for less than 3 months. The tv is for a senior who likes to watch tv and sleep. No Kids to touch and she only talks to the remote. It has Fire TV and Google Play that came with the tv.

Looked great when it was working. However, it wouldnt turn on after 3 days. TCL support was frustrating to get through, but thankfully BestBuy took it back as a return without any issues. Mad props to BestBuy!

Associates in this store were so rude and was treated like trash and would recommend people not to go to this location. I have not yet unpacked the television set because of what I went through from the sales lady and her manager.

Amazing buy for this TV.... Great picture, bright, clear, beautiful color and definition!...Supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, easy setup! Love the fact that it has an eARC Hdmi port! I have this hooked up to my Onkyo receiver that supports Dolby Atmos, and with the front height speakers, it sounds better than any Theater that I have ever been in, and completely immerses you in sound! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice size screen 4k HD TV

This TV is so, so bad. It does not stay connected to WiFi (all my other devices do, so I know it’s not the wifi connection) and it is incredibly slow.
