The tv was great for about 3 weeks. Then the screen crapped out. Best buy was really good at doing a refund/exchange. Really appreciated them.

The remote works perfectly and you can use the built in google assistant to navigate to your favorite shows. I have no complaints. It’s more than what I expected.

Great freaking tv! I use it as a monitor with my rtx 3080. 4:4:4 60hz! It’s a little dim but change it to movie scene and you’re good.

Our first TCL/4K TV. Streaming videos and Windows 11, NO problem! Great availability of Apps too. Worth every $$$ spent!

I have several Roku TVs ranging from 40, 55, and 65" and love them all. So I thought nothing of upgrading to a 70" TCL. I HATE this TV!!! What a big chunk of money flushed away. The remote is weirdly different and confusing and uncomfortable to hold; the hulu and sling buttons are gone from the redesigned remote; it is apparently google dominated so it asked me to log on my TV with a google ID, which annoyed me; the TV itself doesn't seem to work with our wifi, like the others--it appears to require a stronger internet service than the smaller TVS and buffers every few seconds on sporting channels. I wish I could trade it in.

This wasn’t a good experience for me after buying this tv which I was not really in need of of a tv but the price was so good and I decided to grab it I took a few weeks to open up the box only to see the screen was all broken a big thanks to (Daniel) who helped me to replace a new tv than you so much Daniel and no thanks to Israel who almost let me cancel my Best Buy credit card I was very up set with him he was very rude

I've had this TV for almost a year now. It was super easy to set up. The smart TV has all the apps you need. It's been super easy to use even with our gaming systems. The sound quality it great, we have a sound bar hooked up but actu6never turn it on. The sound on this tv is adequate for a 1000 sw ft room. My kids watch a lot of you tube and animated videos and they color quality is great. I've heard issues about TCL being a low quality TV that would break down. This was our first TCL TV and so far we are extremely happy. I great 70" is awesome as well fits great on the wall! The remote is super easy to use. Our remote does show some wear for less than a year use but it still works. We have two other TV's big name brand and we've replaced the remotes twice with both of them so this is a win in my book! Picture looks best in the Vivid Mode in my opinion.

Amazing large TV for the price. Setup: Set up was a breeze. It walks you through general set up like Wifi connection, Google accounts and etc and you can skip the set up screens if it doesn't apply to you. The only thing I did was set up the Wifi and the name of the TV and it took me like roughly 2 minutes to complete. Image quality: Pros: The image is clear and HDR looks wonderful when playing HDR content. Colors are vibrant and adjusting the different presets are simple and you can change a few things but options are limited. Brightness on the TV looks standard and doesn't get too bright even on max setting but it should be fine for general use. Cons: Black crush and smearing are noticeable on Vivid picture preset but not it's not too bad. I would recommend the preset of Low power, HDR or Cinematic for general TV use. I personally like HDR as it has the most accurate vibrant colors without oversaturation. Sound: Pros: This TV has one of the best speakers I've ever heard in a "budget" TV. It almost sounds like there is an external sound bar connected but this is just coming from the TV speakers. The Dynamic sound preset sounds really good for movies and shows. Really surprised at how good the speakers are on this TV. It sounds even better than my $1k LG OLED. Streaming: This TV runs on Android TV so if you're familiar with the latest google streaming devices, it's practically the same. You can download many other streaming apps and you can also cast to the TV from multiple devices. There is hardly any lag and it's a pretty smooth overall UI experience. The casting is also extremely fast and one of the fastest connections I've experienced. It literally casts and plays the video from my iPhone in about 2 seconds. Overall: This is a great budget large TV. The build quality is good, picture is good and sound is amazing. The Android TV OS is buttery smooth and better than any of the ones on the more expensive TVs.

I would give this tv 5 stars except its search system is a little off. When searching a movie or show often nothing comes up, except to rent it. But then when you search within streaming services or online it shows other options. Also the remote is not great. However the picture, sound, and other features are amazing. Which more than makes up for the little things it may lack.

I have to say, this TV has exceeded all my expectations, especially considering I’ve had it outdoors in the Florida climate for over a year. Although it’s not specifically designed for the elements, it has stood up remarkably well against everything from rain to humidity and the intense heat of Florida. Its performance has been nothing short of stellar. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, making my outdoor movie nights a hit! I love how versatile it is, adapting easily to different lighting conditions and environments. I can confidently say that I will only buy this TV for my home use moving forward. If you’re looking for a reliable TV that can handle the outdoors without compromising on quality, this is the one!

The picture on this TV is pretty good but by default it has the Soap Opera Effect on almost all modes but movie. The sound gets off track with the video often and it often does not go into HDR mode when it should. Solution is using a 4k ROKU or Fire stick and bypassing android tv. For the price I paid on clearance I am happy with it as a very large monitor. Put it in movie mode and use a streaming stick and you will be fine. The interface is buggy. TCL support at least answers the phone but are mostly useless. I have a 65" with the Roku interface the I like much better. For $350 I can not complain too much.

Quality is superb. Battery in the remote lasts long. Very user friendly. Not so expensive TV but does really work.
