I bought this at the BF sale price for $499. I've usually a Vizio/Samsung guy so didn't have much expectations other than a huge screen. BB delivered it today and it was pretty straight forward install using my existing wall mount. VERY crisp screen. I'm using the HDR picture mode and even 1080p scaling is excellent. However, I will mention that all TCL Android TVS have a HUGE security glitch so DO NOT connect this to the internet. I already had a Amazon Firebox on my old TV so using it over hdmi so I get all my streaming off that. This is now on TCL's website as well and that they are working on the fix.

Great picture and love that it’s an Android TV. Wont need a firestick or any other plug in device.Can download all your favorite apps. Love the ease of the remote and menu. I recommend getting a sound bar.Other then that...Great TV for the price.Im impressed.We got a whole theatre room!

Giant TV for a good price, the system within can be slow and buggy but the quality is pretty good and the latency isn't bad

I have had my TCL tv for a little over 2 years now. It has always worked amazing, great picture quality and all. But now all of a sudden my internet connection doesnt stay connected. I am constantly having to unplug the TV completely and replugging it in. On order for the internet to connect.. i know it is not my internet, because everything else has always stayed connected. Please if anyone else has had this problem let me know.

Let me repeat, this is an outstanding value. This TV has exceeded all my expectations. I was skeptical since it is not a common brand. But I decided to jump in and am glad I did. For the same class Samsung or LG TV, the TCL provides better picture quality, color, and contrast. Android users will love this TV since it is an Android TV. That I knew coming in. A pleasant surprise was a Bluetooth remote - basically, a point anywhere remote. The sound quality is great too. No need for a sound bar. The only caveat I've seen so far is the lack of a Spectrum TV app on the Google Play Store. As a workaround, I use the Spectrum TV app on my phone and connect to the TV via Chromecast.

Bought this for my dad because he wanted a big TV and now I’m very tempted to buy one for myself! It’s gigantic and at $500 it seems like a steal. Great picture and everything feels like a movie for them now. He’s a big sports guy so I know he’s happy, but you just can’t beat the size and quality for that price. It is an Android tv but we have the Apple TV hooked up to it ;p

It’s a good TV that is also easy to use and user friendly. My kids know how to control the TV and so do my parents who are in their 60s. It gets harder with tech for them to be able to use stuff but this tv was good.

I was ready to upgrade my 55" TV for a bigger size. There was nothing wrong my Samsung TV which I dad bought over 10 years ago. It still worked great but lacked some of the newer features that have come out in the last few years. So,I couldn't believe it when I saw this TV on sale for under $500! I am not familiar with the TCL brand at all but this was an amazing buy! The TV had even more features than I expected! It is an Android TV weigh built on channel apps (like separate media streaming devices). This allowed me to completely ditch the Roku I had in that room. Also, this is a smart TV with the Google Assistant. This means it works and can be controlled by my other Google Nest Home devices! I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Just know that this tv does me well. Its perfect for my living room for whatever we look at. Most definitely since I have family events mostly at my place.

For the price, it’s hard to complain about too much. With that being said, the HDR is absolutely horrendous. I have a 4K fire stick, and have also used the native Disney + app. When displaying non HDR content through some of the native apps, the TV looks great, but anything in HDR looks terrible. I can’t understand why the software doesn’t have a setting to allow you to turn the HDR off. Content looks so much better on this TV when it’s not HDR. Since the TV automatically detects HDR, the 4K fire stick is useless.

This has been a great, reliable tv with good picture. The app interface works well.

The picture is great when using the PS5. You cant beat the value for a TV this size. For under $500 my living room is now a mini theater. I am a big fan of the Android TV software.

I did buy this TV for $499.99 deal, but regardless of the cheap price, this is an awesome TV. Built in Chromecast, AndroidTV all make it a steal and they work flawlessly. The picture quality is on par with my other Samsung 4K TV, Really can't go wrong with this TV.

What a great deal for a TV this size! Picture is great. User interface is super easy to use. Sound is fine but we may invest in a sound bar. If you can get a deal on this TV you should definitely check it out. It is an Android TV so pretty much anything you can find on the Google Play Store you can add to your home screen. It doesn't work with a Roku but with all the other available content you will not run out of things to watch. We have owned it for over about a month now and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Good tv and price,quality,size, overall ok tv purchase

I own 7 TVs, without mentioning brands, if your not buying the top models, you're paying for the brand name. This TV is as good or better than the big name TVs that cost 3-400 more. I have 2 of the Roku versions of this TV for 3 years now and no issues. Great picture and the Android interface is not as bad as people make it seem. I like having BT and being able to side load apps. You can't side load on the Roku version. Some.say, its made in china, well no TVs are made in the USA, all the parts come from china for all tvs worldwide. Also, TCL sells as many TV world wide as the big brands so that should tell you they make good TVs.
