The TV was superb except for one MAJOR issue. White lines would constantly appear and not due to a damaged panel. This was due to a recent Software update combined with an issue with the 75" panels.

Excellent TV, and not just for the money. Picture wise is hard to beat these TVs until you double the price. Impressive vlack levels. Color, and contrast. The Roku inteface is very simple and easy to use and works with all the major streaming services. Speakers are actually decent for built in as well. My only gripe (and thisbisbme bit picking as a nerd) the USB port seems not compatible with larger USB drives over 32GB? So FYI. Unless you're willingnto spenf $2-3k+ on a TV which these days is a lot... this TV is a great value. Also, if youvhabe multiple Roku TVs the remotes are interchangeable, which is great for when your kids lose the remote!

I am an owner of a TCL 6 series 55in and very satisfied with it. I decided i needed a bigger tv for the PS5 and movies in our living room. After picking up this 75s555 TV i noticed little lines streaking across the screen, not often but randomly. Within 2 weeks of buying, everything from games to movies were washed out i had to unplug the TV to repair it. Waiting for replacement and ill update after

We went to BB for a TV that was big, bright and affordable. We had seen some on sale but BB was out of stock. I am visually impaired and size did matter! We had an amazing sales person and it was his last day. He also said he was not on commission. We started to leave twice when he approached and said he might have found us something. A 75” TLC Roku appeared to be in stock and on sale! It was QLED too! We are both in our 70,s and installation would be needed. We already had a mount to also install. Our salesman got us an extended warranty and installation with even more savings! A week later it was installed and it is AMAZING, except for the remote- thus the 4 stars. We are right handed and the volume controls are on the right side. We are forever hitting those buttons while surfing or shutting down. Lefties would rule 5 stars. PS we are past Sony and Visio users.

- Overall: TCL is now my favorite TV brand. Great quality & value for the price. The ROKU software allows you to have unlimited expansion to its smart capabilities. I prefer the ROKU OS over any other they offer (google os, etc...). I am slowly replacing all my TV's with TCL. - Size & Weight: This 75" is such a great size & the weight is amazingly light compared to previous TVs of this size. Although, it is awkward for ONE person to lift & place it on a wall mount or higher location. My wife & I were easily able to handle it with no issues. - Picture: The Picture quality is crisp & clean & seems to even make 1080p feeds look better than they normally do. Streaming 4K content from providers like Netflix & Hulu etc, look & sound amazing. - Gaming: I played Xbox One & Switch with a 1080p feed & they look & play great with no frame lag or anything that would give you a bad or sub par gaming experience. The Oculus 2 streamed to a Google Adapter (sold separately) perfectly & looks great. At the time of writing this, I haven't played 4K games on THIS TCL but I have on other 4K TCL TVs I own & if it's even close to the remarkable quality exhibited on them, I will be a VERY happy customer. - Sound The stock speakers sound great & put out a good level of audio. The volume adjustment increments are accurate & register properly. I can't recommend the brands TCL & ROKU enough. The price, quality & their longevity have become my go to... I suggest they be yours as well...

I've had this TV for nearly 2 years, and it's still going strong. The picture quality is awesome — deep blacks, vibrant colors, and it holds up great in both dark and bright rooms. Movies and games look fantastic, and I’ve had no burn-in or panel issues. Gaming performance is excellent, especially for casual to mid-tier gamers. Input lag is low, it handles 60Hz beautifully, and features like VRR and ALLM do make a difference. It's a great big-screen option without going all-in on a $2,000+ set. Only con: the Roku software can get a little buggy every now and then — occasional app crashes or needing to restart. Nothing deal-breaking, just annoying at times. Overall, I’d definitely buy this again for the price. Awesome value for a 75-inch QLED.

Good TV w/ very good picture. Sound is only OK and limited when trying to add external speakers (had to choose between my soundbar or the Roku speakers I already own). Some people won't care but the remote is similar to a standard Roku remote, which means a lot scrolling. I bought an Open Box unit rated as "Excellent". When I went to pick it up there was no box just a bubble wrapped panel, which made transport very difficult and delicate. I was assured by the BB employee that the unit was complete under the bubble wrap. Unfortunately, that was a lie... it was missing a power cord, stand, documentation and cable guides. Since the TV isn't going to be wall mounted the missing stand was a really big deal and additional expense. After a fair amount of hassle, I finally got the TV set up. Bottom line is, Beware Of BestBuy's Open Box Rating System.

Beautiful picture and sound. It's perfect for my living room. Arrived on time and set up/installation was very easy. We have TCL tv's all through our house so we know the value and quality that the brand represents. Will definitely buy another TCL from Best Buy when I need a replacement TV.

Great tv for movies, sports, even gaming I was impressed for gaming its has great colors the highlights were bright and vivid have a ps5 dot the variable refresh rate was able to be turned on wich helps for smooth gameplay, watching movies on this is great has great contrast the blacks looked great just couldn’t be happier with this tv coming from oled tvs this is great

Picture and features for the price are unmatched. It won't dethrone an OLED TV but for the price it's an amazing TV.

You get what you pay for. The picture quality is good not great. We have it in a room that gets a lot of use from my wife and she doesn’t care about picture quality and sports. The menu speed is laggy. It’s slowish. It’s not snappy and quick. I would but it for my wife who doesn’t care and my kids don’t seem to care either. If it’s for me I would spend a little more cause I like a quicker menu and better picture quality. Not sure about sound cause I immediately connected a sound bar.

We have had this TV for over two years and it has been great. Watching shows, movies and playing games. In the last two to three months, we've experienced a hissing sound when turning on. It started out lasting less than a minute. Now it's lasting a lot longer. We will need to open a service request.

Really good enjoy the sound! The quality is really awesome too! Haven’t had an issue with this tv since I got it and now it’s been so long! Would recommend every body to buy this if the have the room! It’s also really good specially for gaming or simply watching movies! You won’t regret this purchase at all!
