    Was expecting better for the price. Have a back glow From corner lights that are noticeable. If it wasn’t for the 144 for gaming on my PS5 I would have sent it back

    I used to be an OLED user but my current home has a very bright TV room. I do not regret moving to this QLED. It does not reach the OLED black levels but you can barely notice.

    I have only used Samsung before this. After one day, I returned it. The image quality and sound are terrible. There is no way anyone is being honest if they are giving this TV more than 1 star. Really disappointed. Be warned, don't believe "good" reviews for this TV. I bought a Samsung Q80B instead, which has minor issues of its own but good blacks and very good sound. Might be looking into OLED though. With TVs this expensive, OLED prices are coming down so that is something to think about too.

    Was great until it exploded!

    Bought this TV 18 months ago and it great! Then tonight while watching TV the were several loud bangs and sparks flew out of the side of it! Now I have a dead TV (out of warranty) and a house that smells of smoke!

    Fantastic giant black slab of LED to decorate your living room because Bestbuy won't even care to check whether the product has all essentials inside the packaging before marking it as open box excellent. Can review the product when I can power it on.

    Great TV at a great price. This is my fourth TCL smart television and the biggest so far. I’m very satisfied with all four TVs and this 75” has a great picture and really good features. Setup was simple and the Roku app works great for controlling the TV without the remote.

    I'll preface this review by stating that I'm replacing my living room 65" Samsung DLP 1080P TV (which cost a small fortune in 2006) with this 75" TCL unit. I loved the Samsung DLP and I definitely got ever dollar I paid out of it, but I wasn't sad when it stopped working and only made a half effort at repairing it. I didn't tell the wife that, but it was definitely new TV time. I have more modern TVs in my bedroom, so I sort of knew what to expect. But I was really blown away with the image quality of the TCL and how it's transformed my living room, which is where my family typically watches movies. I really wanted the Hisense U8H, but to find one was impossible. The TCL was the next best unit (according to reviews) I could find in my price range. It doesn't disappoint. The Hisense has its own issues, as does the TCL which I'll try to elaborate on: No USB 3.0 support. In 2022 this has me scratching my head. ATSC 1.0 tuner -- no support for 4K OTA when it arrives EARC is on HDMI4 which is limited to 4K60hz (HDMI 2.0 specs). I'm forced to plug in my PC directly to the TV in HDMI1/2 to get 4K120 support, bypassing my AV receiver, even though the receiver is HDMI 2.1 capable. Other than these few technical omissions, it's a great TV and just works. Roku is a nice easy-to-use interface and the remote while small (and not backlit) is extremely versatile and easy to use. I wasn't sure I'd like it, but the more I use it, the more I dislike my other remotes. All the HDR modes work (even from my PC) as well as the advanced audio codecs that get output to my receiver. I only have a 5.1 setup, but it sounds amazing. As a PC monitor (for my media center), it's crystal clear and outputs perfectly to the TV and AMD Radeon software has no issues enabling Freesync / VRR. Many reviews complained about viewing angle, but I think it's just fine in that regard. My living room is small so some viewers (the unlucky ones or last to sit down) are forced to view it at an angle, and it's certainly tolerable and not distracting by any means. I struggle to find any real complaints or issues that I didn't know about going in. Overall it's a fine TV for the price and the image quality / brightness is among the best modern TVs I've ever seen. I think it compares favorably to the expensive OLEDs, perhaps not as dark of blacks, but no burn-in issues to worry about and you'll have a lot of extra money in your pocket.

    Tv will not turn on after being turned off. Also will not reconize sound bar or any other hdmi ports. Only solutions is to unplug tv from outlet and plug back in, which is really inconvenient for a wall mounted tv. TCL support was worthless and said sorry its out of warranty. Save your time and money and purchase another brand.
