    Just what the title says.. Been disappointed from the beginning, but it’s progressively gotten so fed up in finally writing a review. I was happy with the TV at first, but the colors are sooo horrible on this tv I want to trash it and buy another completely different brand. The colors are all so horribly washed out everything looks like a dull shade of muted brown and gray. I’ve done extensive research over the last year trying to correct the colors of this tv using automated programs, thread post recommendations from other users. NOTHING HELPS! I’ve done multiple factory resets, tested other HDMI ports, but it’s even the streaming services. There’s no vibrancy to the colors whatsoever. And that’s just the picture! Don’t even get me started about the Airplay that has worked maybe 3 times in the year I’ve had it. I’ve got to hard reset it all the time because it freezes. Streaming is a nightmare because half the time videos never even load, but load completely fine on every other device on the same WiFi network. I’ve done multiple factory resets, software and firmware updates and nothing has helped. I wish it wasn’t way past the return because I’d spend the extra money to get an LG or Sony or just anything that’s an actual known name brand. Rant… over…

    The tv was awesome on picture quality, the speakers blew out on the 4th day and I had to return it.

    Speaker issues ,TCL doesn’t stand by warranty

    Bought 2 months ago. For 77 year old parents. Had professionally installed - set into shelves. Similar to others. Sound is terrible after 1 month. If you call TCL, they tell you to unplug the TV... let it sit for 15 min. Reboot it. Then plug it back in. which requires my nearly 80 year old parents to take a 75” TV off a wall. 1-2x a day. They’ve been calling TVL for 2 weeks. And getting the run around. I finally stepped in yesterday. Spent almost 2 hours with TCL. They won’t stand by the warranty. They say to keep rebooting. It’s been escalated to TCL HQ. I bought a Sony on amazon last year. Had an issue... amazon sent a new TV the next day, installed it, and took the old one. Don’t waste your money. It’s garbage, and you can’t get your money back after the 14 day Best Buy return period ends.

    Picture quality is okay. Way too many problems with the panel. We’ve had everything from DSE to what looks like failing dimming zones. This is the third set we’ve had.

    I have yet to see the potential of the micro whatever tech but it is a decent tv
