After owning this television over a month, I am still amazed whenever i power it on. I t has met and exceeded all of my needs at a fraction of the cost of other brands. I do not think you can get a better picture and features for the money period. I did a ton of research and read a ton of reviews online before even walking into a store that had this model in stock. Upon reading and watching reviews from various companies online, TCL has always come up for best value/bang for the buck. That is all fine and good, however, YOU have to be the judge. The item is going in your living room afterall. And with Best Buy, You always have the "trial period" in which if you do not like the way it performs within a given amount of time, return it. Knowing that, to me its a no-brainer! I looked at all other brands, and this TCL is the one that landed in my living room. Beautiful picture, lots of adjustments, just a real quality TV. If you are on the fence about this decision, take my advice and look real hard at this TV. I would not hesitate to purchase TCL again!

At a certain point, almost any 4K TV is going to look great when set up at home. This one definitely did not disappoint. In the evening the color comes alive - the blacks are very dark and the white is sharp. Some reviews said the red is oversaturated but I thought the pop of the reds were fantastic. And Roku is such a simple system, why use anything else. I am perfectly happy. If you really want better than this, pop for an OLED.

Wow. I was looking for a 65” to replace my old Samsung 64” which was the top of the line in its day. In doing my research, I just kept seeing the TCL 6 series as a best value. When I saw I could get in a 75” for over half off the price of the top of line LG or Samsung, I figured it was worth a try. Boy was I surprised. The picture is amazing and I’ve never seen blacks like this before. The color tone is amazing as well- natural skin tones but also super vibrant when watching colorful materials. I waited a month before writing a review in case the honeymoon period had me fooled, but still as happy as the day I bought it. Best deal out there. Buy it now!

As much as I'd prefer a better 65" at this price, for the budget 75" tv - the 6 series is a great choice. Buyers beware that there is no bluetooth connectivity to any soundbars/subs and the default Roku remote is a bit frustrating when it comes to pointing at the TV to register the input. Other than that, there are not many other options at this price range for watching HDR content.

Wow, what a beautiful picture. This TV is the best bang for your buck. Everyone who has seen it lives the picture. It compares against QLED and the OLED TV. I set the tv up with rratings.com. Did all the YouTube test for gray uniformity and passed with flying colors and no light leakage as well. Playing 4K video is unreal, can't say enough how great the picture is. This tv has a 120hz panel not a 60hz, makes a big difference in picture motion. But this TV you won't be disappointed.

After reading a lot of reviews I pulled the trigger and purchased the TCL 75 inch 6 series. All I can say is WOW This set looks better then a higher end set purchased recently. Also the features included such as built in Roku,Hulu,You tube and many more make this a great buy at this price point.Cant wait to see their 8series.

so the 75" part is cool and is for sure a wow factor. If you love to feel immersed in the story this does the trick. The overall image quality though is probably a 7 out of 10. But for the money I feel like it is a very solid value. The interface is a bit clunky. The remote is awful. If I had to do it again I would have spent more money and bought the Sony or Samsung.

Upgrading from a 10 yr old 52 in. Tv, contemplated getting this tv vs. getting a more expensive brand with local dimming. Happy to have chosen this. Haven't noticed a lack of quality nor do I feel like I've settled on lower picture quality. I've been impressed with the 4K and colors, a lot more than I expected from the jump from 1080p. Thoroughly enjoy the integrated Roku. One remote for most of my needs.

When we asked sales guys in the store about this TV, they immediately walked us over to the Sony/Samsung aisle. Low-budget TV and won't compare to other pricier brands, they said. We're glad to not have listened because this is a heck of a TV for the price. Picture and backlighting are crisp, the Roku interface is way better than the sluggish mess I'm seeing on a couple of friends' recent Sony TVs, we've been using it a ton and the huge picture is just amazing. Do your own research before purchasing and enjoy.

Overall very pleased with TV. Good bright picture even during daylight. Reflections are acceptable. Exceptional experience for nighttime viewing. Sound is more than acceptable from speakers. I had the same model in the 65 inch version and sound is much better. Also in 65 inch model I had the dark corners but not on this one. Appears they are doing a much better job of quality control. Only complaint would be the off-viewing angle. For me at least at about 30 degrees the colors definately get washed out but when sitting directly in front it is phenomenal. I only watch hd channels so I can't comment on it's upscaling of non hd material but hd and 4k really do shine. If on the fence over 65 vs 75 do yourself a favor and go for the 75. I am a fan of TCL for sure now.

It really is… Every time we turn it on, we are just amazed by the colors and clarity. Rather large so you need some assistance in setting it up. Best Buy delivery was excellent. My wife is not normally impressed with things like this, but absolutely loves it.

This is a fantastic TV for the price! Very clear image, really easy to operate the Embedded Roku and it integrates so well with the Apple TV! The sound is not the best, but that’s not why I got this set - a sound bar is a great addition. Plus when Best Buy advertises it at a lower price a few weeks later, they refunded the difference! Great place to buy from!

Tried the 65 inch some months ago and the screen was atrocious. Purchased the 75 a couple of weeks ago and it seems TCL has got the quality control issues corrected. I have owned Samsung products for years but this is a super value in comparison to the QLED I almost bought at more than twice the price.

Size: The 75 inch is monstrous lol. The TV is on the thicker side (1.5-3 inches thick), 80 lbs, much bigger then my Samsung or LG 65 inch TVs. Picture: TCL picture setting are very basic. At first I thought my TV was horrible with flash lighting and clouding all over the screen. To remove that issue, you have to turn Local Dimming on High and removed all clouding, with slight flash lighting on all corners. The issue is the screen is very pressure sensitive so the slightest pressure causes light distortion. For the cost, the slight flashlighting is acceptable. For color and blacks, this TV is amazing . . . Equivalent 4k picture quality to my 2,200$ Quantum Samsung. Gaming: I bought this for the low lag and 120hz for PS4 and soon to be PS5. Conclusion: Best TV for the price.

I previously had the Sony TV that cost another thousand dollars for the same 75 inch TV. It failed within one year and I decided to try this TV. And it is amazing… The quality of picture and colors are stunning

Got this TV on a Deal of the Day promotion, so the price was great - about half of the price of the Sony set I had been looking at. Wasn't sure about the trim, but it looks great. It is definitely heavy. I needed help to get it up on the wall mount.

I am a research junkie when it come to large purchases. I did exhaustive research of ALL 75" televisions under $2000. After accumulating data and considering the natural lighting in the room. I wanted a VA panel with the Roku operating system. The VA panel for the better blacks and mid level natural light in the room. I chose the Roku operating system because of its ease of operation for the others in the household(i.e. my wife and daughter). Also, the smooth integration of streaming and variety of apps that Roku is known for. Overall this TCL75r615 was the ideal choice for me. I did have to turn the legs inward to make it fit my stand. Luckily they are designed to be reversible. The panel quality and overall build quality were a pleasant surprise. It is punching well above it's price point. I highly recommend this TV and brand in general. Btw, I bought a Roku voice remote for $25 so I really have a TCL75r617 now...

Wanted to get a bigger television. Read the reviews and took a chance. Size is awesome. Picture quality is great. Only drawback is the legs for tv is long. We purchased a tv stand and the legs hang right on the edge. Mounting the tv to the wall would be much better. Other than that, no problems at all with this television.

If you want Sony X950G performance at a fraction of the price, buy this TV! The folks at Digital Trends compared this to the Sony model out of the box and they are basically on par. If you tweak the backlight and contrast settings a bit, this TV punches way above it's weight and is easily one of the best TVs on the market at any price point. At the current price and size, it's a steal! I didn't have any panel uniformity issues (no dirty screen effect whatsoever) and the built quality is exceptional. TCL is killing it right now with the 6 Series and I look forward to their coming Micro-LED offerings.
