Great tv. Love the quality of the picture. Great buy!

Best tv for gaming and watching movies I've had it for 2 years now and it's perfect

First, the picture quality on this unit is great. No issues with panel lottery so I guess I got lucky. Everything else though is prone to issues. I have the TV connected via Ethernet so no wifi issues as some have(I hear). The not sure what the issue is but maybe the hardware isn't powerful enough for the OS because it is very buggy. When you set up Google tv all the issues come. UI is sluggish, even changing the volume lags. CEC is questionable but mostly doesn't work. I use a Chromecast with Google TV to circumvent the OS and that works fine. Not sure if it's CEC or the IR receiver but when I program another remote to control the TV(the remote from Chromecast) the IR receiver only picks it up from about 4 ft away, any further and it doesn't work. Upscaling lower quality content is also suspect. All in all if the source is high quality, the picture is hard to beat. So at the end of the day, set it up as a basic TV and use an external streamer/source and that should solve most of your problems. Besides that have some patience ready hopefully TCL can fix some of these issues but price/picture quality ratio is hard to beat, especially if you got it at BF price.

I was initially a little worried to buy this due to some bad reviews, but it appears that after recent updates, the Google TV OS is stable and works reliably. After a bit of tuning, picture is fantastic and blacks are almost as good as you can get on a OLED tv. The only thing I can critique is the grey uniformity which isn’t fantastic, but overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Picture quality is solid. I've been using with a Fire TV Cube 4k, so I can't speak the user interface as I haven't used much. The screen has a barely noticeable flicker. A frame will go completely black and its so quick I was second guessing myself at first, but after paying attention its definitely flickering - a few times over the length of a tv episode. If it gets any worse I will be doing a warranty claim with TCL

Amazing TV. Colors and motion are so smooth. The brightness is on another level. The sound quality is pretty great, ive still opted for a 7.1 sound bar because i have a large echoy room and want more filling sound, but by itself its pretty great. After hours and hours of Rtings comparing, for the price you cannot beat this TV. Anything close would have cost even more.

Overall, very happy with this TV. I read through the reviews, and admit I was skeptical, but so far, this has exceeded my expectations. Set-up took some time, but easy to follow. On-screen navigation (incl. remote), Google TV & hands-free voice control is very nice, and the picture is beautiful. So glad I took the leap & purchased this - no regrets!!

For the price, you cannot beat this tv. I've had it for almost three months now. Picture is excellent and extremely bright! I have also had no issues with the Google TV. There is only one small annoying issue. If you have it connected to a sound bar, there is a delay when adjusting the volume. Definitely not a deal breaker though.

This tv is better than what I expected. The color is very vivid and bright. It is a pleasure to watch. Cnet, and other websites that does reviews know what they are doing when they say this tv is just as good as Sony, Samsung, or. LG. After all they use the SAME testing equipment on all tv's.

Set up took a while to finish. But the picture is excellent. The user interface is easy and quick. We have it in a large room with a lot of sunlight and the picture is bright and clear. Great TV. We got the 75” model. We are using it for Xbox, Netflix, Disney and antenna. All four work very well. The Xbox looks amazing.

Great value for a nice Android TV. I like the fact it's running Android so I can side load apps. After a bit over a year of service, it stopped turning on. Ordered a replacement board for $50 and installed it myself and back up and running.

It took two tries to get a screen without the dreaded "Dirty Screen Effect". The first one had 4 dark areas near the center of the screen running most of the height of the screen about 3-4 inches wide each. Completely invisible in most normal viewing but bugged me to no end when the screen was a solid color. I returned the TV and picked up a replacement and the screen is perfect! The picture is as good as the YouTube and Best Buy reviews say it is. I like the Google TV operating system as well. Very pleased. Would have been five stars if it was perfect the first time. The sound quality from the internal speakers is not great. If you are paying this much for a TV and not at least adding a sound bar you can't complain about the sound. This is the third TCL TV I have purchased. Picked up a 65" Series 4 about a year ago for Daughter and Son-In-Law, a 55" Series 4 for my shop. My experience with these helped me make the switch from Samsung for my living room.

The TV overall is awesome in respects to picture quality. However there are audio issues that cut out when watching movies on Netflix Amazon Prime Disney plus and other streaming apps. Fios ttv has the same issue.This only happens in pass-through or auto. PCM works fine but you sacrifice the full experience of the surround sound you are suppose to get.

I bought this TCL google series 6 TV Nov. 2021. I do like the picture but its Apps are not very stable constant freezing and lags every single day. After the last update that was supposed to fix performance issues was installed still have problems. The TV apps still have problems and now the TV sound intermittently stops working even if I switch HDMI inputs. After a while the sound does come back. I really hope there is more updates soon to help fix all these problems because as of now it is a hassle to watch TV on it!!! I might have to take it back. I am lucky that I have a pickup truck some people just get stuck with it.

The software issue some people claim that are a problem are only an issue if you aren’t using it as a gaming tv, all the features for gaming work pretty smoothly on the panel I got. I would definitely recommend this as an entry level high end tv

Best Picture Quality at this Price! Can compete with much more Pricier TVs! One of the very few TVs Compatible with both Dolby Vision & HDR 10+ with Google TV OS. Unfortunately returned it due to buggy UI.

After reading and watching reviews, I wanted the best TV for the price. The 75" has great blacks and colors and way more brightness than I'll ever use. I paid a third of the price for 90+% of the picture of the big boys.
