Great TV but

Please measure carefully when mounting. The TV position will be higher than expected if using an existing wall mount that can’t be lowered.

CRUSHING BLACKS

First thing I did after set up was watch Avengers Endgame. This tv just crushes the blacks, could not make out what was happening on screen. I heard this was an issue with this tv but also heard a firmware update fixed the issue. I confirmed I had latest firmware. Just a disappointing experience. I can’t return the tv because I bought in August but only installed last week due to my house remodel.

Good quality TV at lower price.

Flickering when watching HDR content movies or sho

I called TCL customer service and they asked me to do a soft and hard reset which I did, did not fix the issue I was told that they will send somebody out to fix it. Its less than 20 day old TV and I should not be having issue with it. Thinking of returning the TV to best buy.Kudos to TCL customer service for their follow up.

75" TCL Roku 4K TV

Returned the first TV that I received due to a section with several pixels burnt-in (very obvious immediately after first plugging it in). Due to the extended 5yr Best Buy warranty, I was immediately brought a new TV a week later & had no issues whatsoever for about 4 months. For the previous month, there’s been pixels freezing every 20-30 secs max. Now, my TV has to be unplugged & restarted ALL the time because it keeps cycling off & on. I’ll never purchase another TCL Roku TV...the only good thing I can say is the picture quality is amazing during the rare moments when it isn’t having software/mechanical issues.

Extremely Poor Picture Quality- 75 inch TCL‘a best

I expected a whole lot more for the absolute top of the line TCL TV. Picture shadowing was very bad. Lag during sports (football game) was horrible. Could not even read the letters on the bottom when a sports alert was scrolling across screen. It was extremely fuzzy making it illegible. I purchased the 75 in model , top of the line TCL. Returned the very next day and bought a Samsung Q80T series 65 inch! Absolutely amazing TV and outstanding picture quality on the Samsung. I have other much smaller TVs in TCL brand that are good. Maybe just the size of the 75 inch brings out the quality issues in TCL. Just don’t buy the 75 in TCL if you are wanting quality picture! Period!

All issues were fixed by resetting the tv and the tcl service people were very good.
