Turns on and off by itself.

Last night, for the 1st time, the TV turned itself on. This isn't what I expect from a TV that cost close to $2K.

TV crashes frequently

TV will lag then will black out and restart. Another problem is when TV cooled down after turning off then you turn it back on the screen has a lot of shakes and it will not go away until the TV heats up.

Good screen, terrible internet connection

Gets really annoying having to do this every time. The screen overall is good, but I would not have bought if I would have known about this issue.a Roku Tv has no value if the internet connection is not there

Defective within a week

Whenever I go to open the YoutubeTV app, which I am paying for Live TV on, the TV crashes. Wouldn't recommend buying if this is what others experience as well.

FRUSTRATED

One hit will ruin the screen and the TV. It cannot be fixed. Best Buy does not have a repair kit. The manufacturer will not fix the TV. The chat people will blow smoke up your and give you hope. When the Geek guy comes by, he will tell you that the TV cannot be fixed. My grandson put a small dimple in the front left hand corner with a whiffle ball by accident. I need some sort of help because this was an expensive TV.

With situations like this, we encourage you to check with the retailer you purchased from to see if they cover this type of issue with the TV. Additionally, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Hope this helps!

Distorted Screen

This TV is so heavy to start with. I was sore for like an entire week from loading and unloading (X2). The distortion on this TV was terrible! For the price $1900 it was defitnely not good! I thought I had photos. I only have videos, because it was crazy how bad the distortion was. I can't uploas videos here.

Great picture unhinged by huge fault

Well let me put it simply... Do not buy this TV. The black levels are so dark in shadows that you cannot see anything in a shadow. Anything remotely dark in color is jet black. Try watching Ozark... You cannot see the actors at all. It was a deal breaker. I had to return it.

There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. The Options menu on the TV can be accessed by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, expert picture settings can be accessed by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more.
