    I have had this tv since December ,so only a few months. I have had screen distortion issues and noises coming from tv since I bought it. It claims to have a manufactured warranty for a year ,but every time I contact them they require pictures and videos after the call. Once I send that in they need something else and then they will never contact you again. The warranty is a scam and the tv is terrible. After relentless hours of being on calls and resetting my tv they now say they will get someone out to look at it ,but that will be weeks from now.They are purposely trying to push me out of my 1 year warranty time frame. The tv is unusable and I am very disappointed in the process and warranty provided. I own 7 tvs in my home and this is the worst by far. Do not buy unless you just want to give your money away. There are many reviews regarding these issues online by other users ,so do your research before purchasing.

    TCL at 8 months old had a defect and nothing

    @TCLUSA My TV developed a defect after just 8 months of use, and TCL still hasn’t resolved the issue. I’m very disappointed. I don’t recommend this brand and will never buy TCL again.

    Amazon fire software is garbage. Go for the Google TV or Roku version of TCL TVs if you want a good experience.

    Nice tv for the price. The remote control has a little delay which takes some getting used to. I like the built in Fire TV, its a space saver and very convenient being able to use one device vs. Having to switch inputs for roku, firetv or an andriod box.

    I'm happy with the picture quality. The operating system seems to lag and some apps require offloading and reloading with frustrating regularity (e.g. Peacock) - that's the app developer's problem, though. Overall 4/5.

    I’ve been using my TCL 75″ Smart Fire TV every day for several weeks now, and it’s been an absolute delight. The picture is incredibly sharp and vibrant. I had an issue with the first one, but it was quickly resolved after contacting Best Buy. I don't regret my purchase. I feel this was a great investment with a great price point, making it a true bargain for anyone looking to upgrade to a larger, premium‑quality screen.

    Big thanks to Pedro and Johnny for helping us with this purchase! We had a budget in mind, and for the size and price, this 75” TCL Q5-Series was a deal we couldn’t pass up. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, and the colors really pop great for movie nights or watching sports. Setup was easy, and we love that it has Fire TV built-in, so all our streaming apps are ready to go. Overall, a solid TV for the price!

    Got it as a gift for family, they love it. No issues what so ever. I would say it was a safe bet. Was nervous at first. Picture is bright and stable. Soild overall tv if you were wondering to buy or not . I was at first, glad it ended up working out with no problems. You can never know with all these tvs out here

    Stromg Image quality for the price. It has HDMI 2.1, but 4k is limited to 60hz. It does however allow 1080p and 1440p at 120hz when connected to a PC. VRR is functional as well, and gaming on PC and Xbox are enjoyable experiences. Mind you at 4k VRR works from 48-60, and at 1080p it works from 20-120. Overall, we are happy with the Tv's features to price point ratio and it was perfect buy for the use case of a kids entertainment room upgrade. Be aware of the functional limitations when buying. My main reason for 4 of 5 rating is the leg work I had to do to find the details on its input specs. The box is entirely unclear about the 120hz and VRR range limitations.

    Great TV on a small budget. Our 2nd TCL. Easy to set up. Make sure to have proper hardware for mounting. They do not include the spacers for back of tv like many others do.

    Let me start by saying I've owned several TCL TV's over the years. Various sizes etc. one thing was always constant and that was they always had Roku built in. I researched tvs and wanted to stick to a brand I've been using for years. I didn't think i would hate this much anyway the Fire tv system. It really hurts the TCL brand. Amazon needs to overhaul the firetv. It is constantly slow doing anything. Just switching menus or picking a streaming channel it delays so much. The layout is just horrible nothing smooth about it and when you add the delay it takes to get it to do anything just makes it more annoying. Im not sure what pros i can say about this tv? The sound seems to be better than my other TCL tvs. The picture is decent i guess. I almost want to say my old tv which was a TCL tv had a better picture even. I should of tried the new Roku brand tvs. In the end im disappointed. I've had this tv about 3 more now. Bought in jan. 2025. The other downside is the remote control. Its super touchy. If you simply just graze with your hand it changes channels etc. if you are used to the TCL tvs with Roku you won't like this tv.
