I have three TCL's, two I love (the 65" QM6k mini LED with Google and 65" A300W Nxtvision) but this model albeith it is a cheaper TV has had some issues. Right out of the box, there were issues with the audio having a static sound. I removed the soundbar and firestick (I continue to use firestick even though it is a Fire TV for side loaded apps) and the static stopped for several weeks, but reappeared out of nowhere. I did a master reset and it resolved the problem but does require you reload your setup info. Issue 2 is more of just an annoyance. The OS is just plain sluggish. I installed a new Firestick and set up Firestick remote to operate the TV and soundbar and that seems to have fixed that...........for now. Overall, the visual aspects of the product are hard to beat for the price.

We've had it about a month, and so far, it's been great. We're not videophiles, so I can't give you a professional review, but for average folks, it's been great being able to read, from across the room, the cell-phone screens that movies/shows now display as part of their plot-lines. The only real complaint we've had is that the time-out is a little too short (about 5 mins, maybe?), that when we put Netflix, etc on pause to answer a phone call or take a nature-break, we lose our place and have to restart the show and re-find where we left off. Other than that, we've been very pleased.

Used this TCL for a Holiday Raffle it to raise funds. The winner was astatic and the TCL 4k QLED was are highest sought after ticket items. The price point was more than fair.

Great tv for the price, the colors are really nice. I recommend tweaking the picture options since some of them can cause some visual noice.

Bought gor my elderly relative, so size was important. Clear picture, crisp sound, yet the remote was still easy to understand.

The price was good. It has features I didn't have before and picture seems to be great. So far I am very pleased with the TCL tv.

I couldn’t be happier. I can honestly say paying for the best plus account was the best financial decision I have ever mad. I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it but it’s paid for itself 10x in only first couple months . Customer service is also supreme. Thank you.

Great price good picture would buy another one if needed

I recently purchased the TCL - 75" Class Q5-Series 4K UHD HDR PRO+ QLED Smart Fire TV from Best Buy, and I am quite impressed with its performance. The picture quality is outstanding, especially for the price. The design is sleek and modern. Yes, I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a budget-friendly 75-inch TV with solid performance. TCL Smart TVs deliver excellent performance for the cost. While they may not match premium brands in every aspect, they provide great picture quality, reliable smart features, and solid build quality, making them a smart and practical purchase.

This is a nice television TLC have somr good televisions. The quality is nice too . The pictures show really nice on my television too. The good thing about it is free shipping too . It don’t even take long for them to delivered your products either . Its like you are at the movie theater too . Best buy have great sales on alot of items .

Its not the “highest end” tv or one with all the coolest todays tech, but this TV punches way above its price tag. Even in the store side by side comparisons, in this price range, this picture wins. If you’re looking for a great TV in this catagory, you definatley wont be disapointed with this one.

Overall, these TVs are great for the price. I was a bit hesitant for the Fire TV functionality since I prefer the Google or Roku setup, but aside from some minor differences and the insistence of Alexa, this works well. The picture quality is good and the response time is clean without artifacts. Overall, I definitely recommend these!

wow - i am blown away - this picture is crystal clear and cannot believe how awesome it its! i have several Sony high end XBR's and two LG C1's for most of my main living areas (yes, i have panels everywhere lol) and this TV is just as good IMO... have on my patio above fireplace and again ... WOW!
