We purchased the tv but had asked for a new one to be shipped to my house because the box on the original one I looked at was heavily damaged in store but they still shipped the damaged one but I bought a tcl premium membership so if the tv breaks I’ll just get a new one through tcl itself

It has not given me any trouble and I love the google operating system.

Had a bad experience with delivery. Product is damaged after waiting for 15 days for the tv to be delivered. Now i have to wait for 16 days for the replacement.

This tv software is like a turtle. Too slow. I’m addition little bit more and buy Samsung or LG. Thanks fır opportunities BESTBUY.

This tv has good picture quality and easy enough to customize to personal preference. It was easy to set up even for one person (although that is not recommended). One complaint is the remote. It is slim and long so I find myself having to slide it up and down in my hand to navigate. There also are no buttons for "play/pause", "rewind" or "ffwd". These functions are in the circle so a little different from every other remote I've had. My other complaint is actually more so with the service, being that I asked if this tv would be compatible with Xfinity stream app and was told "it should be, it's google OS" and turns out it isn't. And looking thru Xfinity blogs, it has been an issue for some time. So in order to use my Xfinity stream I had to install it on a Roku which means a few more steps to get to instead of being able to access from my main tv menu. The sales associate may not have known and more of a failure on my part with blind trust when I should have researched. So overall I am happy with this tv. It's huge and has a nice "feel" in the living room. Just be sure to research your service provider app for compatibility.

This tv is huge and the quality is excellent gta 5 looks almost real on this tv great price great buy recommend to anyone who loves movies and games I even use it for workout videos and I’m blind but I don’t need glasses to see this tv and for 600 something is a steal!

We are very happy with our TCL TV. It is a great product and reasonably priced. The picture is beautiful. It was easy to set up. We use it in our conference room at work. It is very easy to set up a laptop with an HDMI cable and mirror the screen. The speakers are very clear. We are able to hear meeting participants perfectly. I wish we could access Microsoft products with it, but as expected, Google is not going to facilitate that.

I went with this TV after a lot of research because the price was decent for an entry level QLED screen, and my bedroom TV is also TCL which has not given me any issues since I got it 3 years ago. I have only had this for 3 days so here is my initial experience: Right out of the box the TV looks amazing, the colors are accurate and natural, the screen is bright and does not have a lot of glare. I haven't got around connecting my soundbar because the sound of the TV is not bad at all for watching shows, the mids are good for small speakers. The remote is intuitive and easy to use, and I love that I can just ask Google anything just as I would with my phone. I can also create accounts for all of my family members so our content is not all mixed. Now, not everything has been red roses here for example my Google Home app could not read the TV so I had to manually add my account. Also, from time to time the software can be slow like it'll take a second for the TV to respond to the remote this includes the Google assistant and this happens mostly when the TV just turned on. Additionally the screen has whiteish spots on the sides when the screen goes blank, and the black levels are a bit off as well. I'm hoping the second will improve when I get more familiar with the settings. Overall I am pleased with this TV it certainly packs a punch. We shall see how well it does against the test of time which is the biggest factor imo.

Love this TV picture is beyound imaginable, quick and easy set up , color is bright and vibrant. It is so good i will not purchase any other brand of television from here on out. Sales associate was will informed of the products and gave great advise . Best Buy is thebplace to go

Pro: love the picture for its vibrant colors, smoth movement, and sharp images. I also like how the picture is not washed out from sunlight in the room. Con: the DTS Virtual:X software for surround sound could be better, as well as the Google operating system is slow in response.

You can't go wrong with this TV. Great size and picture quality at an amazing price point. TCL is a good brand. I will be honest I do have an external surround sound audio system so I cannot speak to the quality of the built in speakers.
