This TV is amazing! I’ve been a diehard Samsung owner for so many years and switched to the TCL absolutely love it. Very good quality for the money.!! Would recommend to anyone

The screen is defective straight from the box. There are lines in the TV screen. Due to having my home painted; I have missed the window of return. I did not purchase an extended warranty because I never needed one for a TV. I've never had any TV purchased to go nad or be bad when i buy it. However, I was also unaware that Bestbuy return policy is only good for 15 days. This is absolutely ridiculously when most stores "use to" give at least 90 days. The items Bestbuy sale are high ticket items and 15 days is not valid enough to know if a washer, fridge, stove , tv, etc...will go bad. I am really disappointed in this expensive TV that was delievered to my home by Bestbuy is defective and a waste of my money.

Amazing tv resolution, bought the tv in August, it’s January now, there’s been no issues so far
