Easiest way to explain the quality of this TV is to compare TCL to LG. TCL has LG components if you like LG, you will like TCL. Picture and sound on this QLED is amazing! Watching old classic 80's, 90's movies is like watching them for the 1st time!

Beautiful. My kids broke the tv in the living room so for months a had no tv. Then I forgot of their financing. Didn’t go crazy but everyone who has come over I have inspired to get a tv. I love my 80s movies and it actually has my 8 year old watch them with me. It truly was a Best Buy

Defective TV & Disappointing Service

The screen is defective straight from the box. There are lines in the TV screen. Due to having my home painted; I have missed the window of return. I did not purchase an extended warranty because I never needed one for a TV. I've never had any TV purchased to go nad or be bad when i buy it. However, I was also unaware that Bestbuy return policy is only good for 15 days. This is absolutely ridiculously when most stores "use to" give at least 90 days. The items Bestbuy sale are high ticket items and 15 days is not valid enough to know if a washer, fridge, stove , tv, etc...will go bad. I am really disappointed in this expensive TV that was delievered to my home by Bestbuy is defective and a waste of my money.
