This TV is comically large. That isn't a negative comment. I ordered this TV for my basement because I have a huge area that my 32" wasn't working for. The 120hz refresh rate is a game changer. Yes, there is a difference, especially in game mode with PS5. A lot of people think QLED doesn't have good blacks compared to OLED, and for your average human, YOU. WILL. NOT. BE. ABLE. TO. TELL. THE. DIFFERENCE. Except for in your wallet. The blacks are very rich for the price range. TCL makes their own panels, as far as I have read, and seems to build a really solid TV. Putting it together is easy, and the legs are not plastic junk. I assembled it by myself, but a second person would help considerably. At the price, you'll find it hard to beat this TV. If you're trying to connect and set up your TV with your phone, make sure you turn your VPN off or it will struggle to connect. PS - Yes, the cat likes the TV, too.

This TCL Q7 has blown me away. The 4K picture is sharp, vibrant, and handles motion like a champ—perfect for gaming on my PS5 and watching movies in Dolby Vision. The 120Hz refresh rate and VRR make fast-paced scenes look buttery smooth. For the price, it’s easily one of the best TVs I’ve ever owned. The Google TV interface is snappy and easy to use. If you want premium performance without breaking the bank, this TV delivers big time.

'got the 75". 'Was planning on getting a Sony TV, but after the price drop this was too good to pass up and it allowed me to get the 5 year warranty and still come in at a couple hundred under the comparable Sony model. I've had a few clients get high end name brand TV's (Sony, Samsung, LG - I'm looking at you), only to have them fail in a a year or two, so getting the extended warranty made sense to me. I do not regret the purchase decision. Setup with Google Home App was surprisingly straightforward. I quite like the picture it produces. The only thing that's odd is the limited adjustability of Dolby Vision content. Not sure if that's by design or unique to this brand/model. Either way, the picture (in Movie mode) is great out of the box, so there is little need to adjust it, once you dialed it in to your liking. I can't comment on sound, as I run the sound thru the eARC to a Marantz receiver, which works flawlessly. Can't comment on durability either, as I've only had it for a couple of months, but so far the TV and Google software have worked without a hitch. Two more things: 1) the TV does get pretty bright, if that's something you're after and 2) the Glass does not have anti-reflective coating. If you set it up in a room where reflections might be an issue you might want to spend a little more to get a TV that has better coating. Otherwise, this is solid, especially given the price.

Love it. Big upgrade from my old 1080p. My ps5 reaches full potential with this. It’s wild you can see the characters pores on their face it’s so clear. Plus it’s got 4K/120hz and 4K/144hz

I wasn't sure about the right size of the TV for my living room & bought the 65 inch variant of TCL Q7 initially. Later, I realized that there is a good room in my TV stand to upgrade to 75 inch, particularly when the price difference between the two was negligible. I upgraded & the Best Buy team handled the replacement at no additional cost (picked up the 65 inch from home & delivered the 75 inch). I again faced challenges in setting up the google TV using my phone that I also faced while setting up the 65 inch variant. So I again ended up setting up the TV manually, and this must be something for TCL to look at. The TV is just so bright even in the day light, has amazing picture quality and the HDR & Dolby Vision performance is so great. It also has so much content included at no cost e.g. TCL TV +, Google TV, the Roku channel etc.

The Good: I was truly impressed with the image quality in both SDR and HDR. This TV uses the same processor as the the TCL flagship QM8. For you non tuners it looked great out of the box, once I turned off the Low Power Mode that most all TV's today are shipped in. Setup was a breeze but it takes a good 10 minutes or so to download and install current software updates depending on your internet connectivity. The Google TV setup is breeze using your phone, tablet, laptop or PC. The Google interface locks in and switches your Apps fast and works like a charm. The TV has an excellent wide range of tuning features. Bright saturated colors, deep blacks with a minimal amount of blooming. Netflix HDR+ blew me away! The sound quality is decent but I had the TV routed through a high end Dolby Atmos 9.1 sound system. After doing a months worth of research watching the top experts on YouTube and reading countless reviews. I would say that this is the best value for dollar to picture and feature ratio on today's TV market. Easily as good if not better in some areas as Samsung, LG and Sony. The Bad: I lost the so called "Panel Lottery" as the TV developed a red line from the top to the bottom and a white, red and blue line from side to side across the screen in 4 days of minimal usage. Sadly I had to return it to Best Buy. I liked the TV enough to try it again and so I ordered another, hoping I win this round on the "Panel Lottery. Kudos to Best Buy and their customer service, always a pleasure to deal with when a product has an issue! I will update this review once I receive and test the replacement TV.

This TV works very well my only issue is the operating system glitches out occasionally and is a little slow some other problems I faced were the HDMI not displaying sound until I reset the TV also the color settings and display settings are hard to get accurate and make the color pop but once you do it looks amazing it has nice deep contrast and dark blacks please excuse my poor quality pictures and my phone is not great overall I'd like to see a cheaper price point but that being said it is all around a pretty amazing TV something I don't understand is why adding 10 inches onto the TV increases the price $300 that is pretty outrageous if you ask me but nonetheless I'm enjoying my TV so far

Nice big screen with very high resolution and vivid colors. Replaced a 60 inch older Samsung. Easy set up. Securely thoughtfully packaged. 1/3 the price of the Samsung.

My first big screen purchase, and I definitely think it is worth the money. Outstanding picture quality, great contrast and black levels. Since it is not an OLED, glare from windows can make it harder to watch at an angle. Frame rates are great for gaming. Speakers could be better but passable. As a smart tv, it has a lot of great features, and load times for apps are very fast.

Our 75” Vizio was starting to show its age, so we decided to purchase a replacement. I was all set on a Samsung DU8000 75” TV, when the BB associate recommended this TCL. I’m glad he did. I compared the two and the TCL is a much better TV. The picture is spectacular! It comes with a backlit remote, which is a nice feature. So far, we’re quite happy. The only ding that I would give it, is that the setup process takes some time; more than I would’ve preferred.

This 75” tv has surpassed my expectations! Excellent picture and sound!! The picture gets lighter and darker based on the brightness of the room. It is very easy to learn the TV functions and remote control.

I really like this tv. I have a Playstation 5 that I get to enjoy 4k 120 HZ frame rate. The picture quality is great as well as navigation of the unit. The size is perfect espcially when just relaxing and watching movies. I also have my apple Tv plugged in as well. The only issues i uave is when I want to connect my phone to the tv for movies, you have to download and purchase an app to be able to mirror which I don't like. I also don't like the option to sign into a google account to download apps. All in all ,this is still a great TV!

So I purchased this television online for local pick up at Best buy outlet. In purchased this set in "fair" condition and when I arrived it was immaculate minus a small scratch in the upper left corner (did not affect performance or quality) and lack of TV stand and remote (however the employees there were able to find me one free of charge.) TV stand was a simple universal 19$ stand from Wally world. They allowed me to indpect it first test it's functionality and then packaged it up surely. Loaded it for me and off we went. TV has been great, beautiful picture and size and saved a ton of money to boot. 5 Star customer experience 4 Star only because of the scratch though I knew there was potential for minor cosmetic blemishes in advance. Would buy again!

Tv is awsome excellent picture and really bright. I turned the back lighting down for longevity. Color and clarity is amazing my other tv. Was a 2017 tcl model this is night and day better.

This TV is Amazing!!! The color, the sound, the clarity of the picture!! So easy to adjust brightness, and color to your liking. I would buy this again 100 times over. I had a Samsung. I will never go back to that from this tv!!

We made the decision to purchase this new TCL 75" class Q7 QLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV after looking at TV's in person and researching them before making the purchase. After seeing this TV in-store and comparing them to similar TV's of size, features and price-point, once we took this home and installed it, we knew we made the right decision. I know the brand isn't as well known as some of the other options at BestBuy, but do your research and see if this TV is for you. I am sure you'll be as pleased as we are!

Best TV for the price. It has the same qualities as other TV’s that cost a lot more. My wife and I looked at a lot of TVs before we found this one and could not believe the TV was as good if not better than the other TVs we had looked at and at a much better price. We have had it for a week or two now and are very happy.

I've been pretty happy overall with my TCL TVs in general (I have 4 with this one). The picture quality and game latency are excellent! I would have given this to stars except for one issue... These TVs don't play well with home theaters over HDMI. I don't know if this is a TCL thing, or just this model (Other TVs use AUX or Optical for audio). Sounds great with Optical, but inconvenient not having control with TV remote. Having HDMI hooked will turn surround on and off though.

Just WOW! Best bang for your buck. I decided to upgrade from my from my 2019 TCL 65R625 which has been a fantastic tv. I am so happy with my choice. It was between the TCL Q7 and the TCL QM7, I didn’t feel the difference between them was enough to just the $300 price difference. After having the tv for over a week now I believe I was right. A few tweaks in the picture settings and the picture is stunning. It runs my Xbox Series X in the gaming master mode better than I even imagined. You can see how much larger it is compared to a 65” in the photos.
