    The software experience is not good. Expect constant bug encounters requiring tv restarts, arc device restarts, audio assignment switching, and sometimes random infinite volume increases. The picture quality itself is really good though. You would think this would be fine for a compromise, but it’s certainly a bad compromise. It’s just a disappointment every time we turn on the TV.

    Do your homework...not a fan

    It's okay....should have held out for a better TV and stuck with my Samsungs. I was sold on the color in the showroom...have yet to experience the same levels at home. The OS is super difficult to coordinate on my network. Won't buy this brand again.

    Google ui is ok it is a resource hog....... it weights down the hardware performance. Definatly a 4 star if it used the old tcl roku ui.

    DO NOT BUY AT BEST BUY

    I order this tv on the 18th of December 2024 with the help of a best buy sales associate over the phone. I have my receipt to prove the purchase. A month later and i am still waiting for even a shipment date. Best buys representatives have agreed that there was an issue with best buy systems and now the tv is out of stock. Associates and managers have been less than helpful for the 15+ hours i have spent on the phone with them. They have offered 0 realistic solutions despite admitting fault. I would recommend that any potential best buy customers shop anywhere else. All i want is the tv a purchased and they refuse to honor their sale.

    Best Buy Poor Customer Service

    I'm giving BB ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FREE DELIVERY SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD DISCOUNT THE ITEM TO COMPENSATE ME FOR HAVING TO RENT A TRUCK TO PICK IT UP. NOT EVEN A GIFT CARD. I CANCELLED THE SALE AND GOT IT ON AMAZON CHEAPER WITH WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY INCLUDED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT BEST BUY AND OTHER BIG BOX STORES HAVE TO COMPLETE ON WITH AMAZON IF THEY WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NON EXISTENT AND THEY LOST A CUSTOMER. MY RATING BELOW IS FOR THE ITEM ONLY.

    I wanted to like this TV however the second time I turned it on there were significant picture glitches. It went right back to the store and was exchanged for an OLED, hopefully I’ll have better luck with that.

    The TV causes horrible soap opera effect, video tearing and banding with every TV setting except Dolby Vision Dark.

    An amazing game gaming tv! It has a game bar menu that has live fps lets you know if vrr and other options! This tv is quick at for navigation and loading! Sound is pretty good has a built in subwoofer! This tv is very very bright and i keep picture at 30 percent brightness. Recommended if you dont watch low res content not the best at upscaling low res. Remote is backlit and simple! Has free chanels that using the tv plus button on remote. You will not get a better tv between $1,000 to $2,000 at regular price.

    Fantastic TV. Mostly used for streaming the usual services. Used for a little bit of casual next Gen gaming with very little input lag. Little bit of screen jutter, but tolerable considering the size, price, and picture quality. If sound is really important to you, you’ll want a soundbar and sub 100%.

    Great for price. Huge brightness. HDR 10 performance awesome. One of few 75’s with center stand - a requirement for me.For me built-in sound is boomy and dialog is indistinct. Negative: analog audio only from a headphone out. No TCL audio enhancement features on that output — have older AV receiver . Also powering up TV from cable box or Roku remote doesn’t always select desired source. Have to manually select input with TCL remote. I suppose it’s all better if you use latest AV receiver/sound bar with eARC HDMI

    I went from a LG 65 OLED B6 to this because the burnin on the tv was just getting too much. I picked this tv up used for $600 and it's worth every penny. Great blacks, crisp whites. etc. Sound isn't as good as it was on the OLED but everything else is fantastic.
