Nice Big Screen TV, Delivery wasn't so great.

The delivery was delayed one week and was not told until I called up the day of delivery and found out it could not be delivered when arranged but would be a week later. Not happy about that but it was delivered and set up. An extra charge but worth it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the tv for two months- it's okay. My main gripe is that I can't use Dolby Vision. On Dolby Dark or Bright, it muddles the blacks too much- dark scenes from The Witcher and Obi-Wan are a splotchy pool of undefined blackness. Dolby IQ helps, but on IQ there is no way to turn off the Soap Opera effect. I bought a Roku stick to stream everything in HDR, which helps a lot, but sad to have to do this to a new "flagship" TV. I would return it if I were still in the Best Buy Return window.

Transition apps from ROKU to GOOGLE OS

You might consider buying the ROKU stick and save yourself the headache of setting up and learning new OS.

Plan on spending $200 more

Since I did not purchase "installation" they would not wait for me to open the box t see if the TV was damaged. The TV was damaged. The replacement was delivered 2 days later, but I had to pay $200 for them to take it out of the box.

Did not receive my price match as promised

I have been getting the runaround and still hasn't received my price match . I will never buy another TV from Best buy again I have always been a loyal customer to Best buy, but this is unforgivable
