    Timeline: 1.- purchase tv online 2.- waiting pickup curbside for a while 3.- enter store to check status , they were having a good time , delivery area was empty. 4.- notified employee, he laughed about. 5.- waited foe more than 1 hour 5.- no one knew where was my 75 inch TV , really ? A 75 inch tv lost? :/ 6.- power cable was wrong . 7.- Returned to bestuy to explain the issue , anothet employee examined power cable and insisted its the right cable. I ended buying my own cable, the correct one. 8.- The remote control provided was wrong. At this point i dont even have the energy to complain more. 9.- since I am in the return period, I am returning the TV. Worst experience ever, Bestbuy ruined what was supposed to be a happy moment.

    Good picture, i bought this platform for the function of alexa to work with google tv or tcl assistant skill. Which is hands down the worst skill i ever came across on alexa device. Me and every other person who bought it replied that the tv smart functions as in assistant are completly worthless. Got to un-plug tv all the time from freezeing up on me. Would not recomend at all.
