TV Met my Expectations

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed in purchase of TCL 75” Class S5 4K UHD HDR LED Smart Google TV. 1st the return policy is less than 30 days. Purchased 8/25/25 and on 9/12/25 I had passed the return date. 2nd…it’s constantly searching for a connection in the midst of my programs. Not sure if it’s because of the Google connection but I never had that issue with the Samsung TVs. Lastly….the sound is not what I expected even with my soundbar connected.

Extremely disappointed

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this TV for exactly two months and the picture went out, at the worst time possible, college football playoffs. Best Buy does not repair these TV’s so you have to call the manufacturer. It took them over 3 weeks to get someone here to try and fix it. The tech shows up and doesn’t have the correct parts, I waited another two weeks, at that point I had already went back to Best Buy and bought another TV ( like I said college football playoffs). Finally after complaining to the manufacturer several times they decided to just replace to broken TV so another week later Best Buy shows up and delivered a new TV .. Great right .. not really they don’t want the broke one back. So now in my front room I have a broken TV and a brand new in the box Tv that I have no use for. Also the UHD refresh rate is way too slow to watch football on. The new one I bought is a QLED and it’s a way better TV

Good Picture but OK Quality

I have since bought a wifi extender and plugged the tv directly into Ethernet. This has seemed to resolve the issue.

Had to get a replacement because it broke out of the box, and wouldn’t you know, it broke yet again. Do NOT buy this TV, it is a waste of your money, TCL support has the same 3 dialogue options and you’re gonna be spending hours trying to get a replacement whenever the replacement is gonna break out of the box. IDK what all these reviews are smoking but I would genuinely like some.
