Was looking for a bigger tv was not sure about the brand but what i can see watching the the game it was a good choice the picture is so perfect that it was like being there but not on the field. The speak in remote is a nice feature to have too.so that i don't have to browse too long, best birthday/Christmas gift to myself.

Good size and image quality. Responsiveness is a little slow.

These TCL smart TVs are the best value for your money available on thr market. Super solid picture quality and very easy to use. Love that they offer both Roku and Google TV options so you can stick with your preferred ecosystem. Great tbs without breaking the bank!

Great TV for the price. That being said you get what you pay for. The TV has a serious lag when selecting any kind of options for settings, apps etc. Once a show is playing it's fine, but it takes a long time for the TV to think and catch up. If you don't want to deal with the lag, find an option with a 120-240hz refresh rate. This one only has 60hz. Also, the sound is all over the place. I have to mute the commercials because they are super loud compared to everything else. It's not the apps, because my other older TVs do not do this.

Placed an online order this this TV. I got a text that it was ready for pickup in about 1/2 hour. Drove to the store and texted that I was here. The workers brought out my TV within 5 minutes and loaded into my truck. The QLED TCI 85" TV was easy to setup and the picture quality is awesome.

I walked into best buy thinking i was getting a 65 inch tv, and walked out with a 85 inch tv. I needed a new tv due to moving into a new house and the tv we already had looked weird in the area cut out in the wall, only a large tv would look good. We saw a 85 inch tv, looked at it. Asked an associate to help us see the tvs quality on the the displays they had out, ended up saying the tcl looked much better in quality. Yold the associate helping us wed take it, helped all the way through getting it into the truck bed, they made sure we kept it up right. So if it cracked we couldnt return it if it was laying down. Got it home set it up just intime for Christmas, the whole family enjoyed it. Awsome tv! Very easy to set up picture quality to make sure picture looked awsome, if you play games on console, those look amazing on the tv! Picture quality very realistic.

Good 85" TV, best value for the money at Bestbuy. Good picture, bright, not a heavy tv for the size, FireTv OS with Silk browser and all streaming apps available to download free, games also. Works good with gaming consoles. Easy to use remote control with Alexa voice included. Fast shorcut buttons for Netflix, Disney+, TCLtv, Amazon music, Prime Video and apps. Only inconvenient is the back button being close to volume up and in my opinion it's a design flaw.

Solid entry for the price. I wanted to upgrade to a bigger screen without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. The first TV arrived damaged and kudos to Best Buy for doing a really quick replacement. The picture quality is good and the viewing angle is better than I'd expected. Fairly weak speakers, but that's to be expected and I paired with a soundbar. One of the reasons I picked this model was for the Fire TV interface, which I find easier to navigate than the Google TV interface - it's easy to add apps and find them, it's easy to search, and the hot buttons on the remote for quick access to common apps are a nice feature. One note - the mounting hole pattern for this model is such that the screw holes are on the bottom quarter of the TV - if you wall mount, you're going to want to put the wall mount lower on the wall than you think you do, because the majority of the TV will be above the wall mount - measure three times and double-check yourself before you start drilling into the wall.

Best Tv ever this tv screen is large with clarity. The picture show madness for entertainment, movies movies and more movies. For me you don’t need a soundbar

Excellent. Quality and picture is awesome. Speakers and sound is good but could be a little better. Totally fine though. TCL makes very good TVs.
