Best Price for a 85" QLED TV with Amazon Fire TV OS which is best for my purposes. The OS is very slow at times. I have a Roku connected to get over that issue which has been working well for years now. Any OS that comes inbuilt is slow for some reason always. This TV has issues connecting with my Harmony HUB which makes it hard to use all my devices with one remote. I used Fire TV as a remote for config but I cant use the input source switch in harmony due to that and cant configure inputs with this tv on harmony. So thats a bummer, now I have to use multiple remotes like the olden days. The VESA mount was on the lower end of the TV because of which I cant push the TV all the way back to the mantle top on my mantle mount due to it touching the ceiling when pushed up. Have to buy an adapter to shift the VESA mount slots so that it works well for me. (dont know how much I will end up spending to make it look good on teh mantle mount.) The protection taps is stuck too tight on the screen which makes me feel uncomfortable to remove it as it feels like the screen will spoil if I pull too hard. Other than that the clarity is great and sound is great for regular watch. I dont miss the 120hz that this TV is lacking due to my audience and shows that are not demanding enough.

These TCL smart TVs are the best value for your money available on thr market. Super solid picture quality and very easy to use. Love that they offer both Roku and Google TV options so you can stick with your preferred ecosystem. Great tbs without breaking the bank!

Placed an online order this this TV. I got a text that it was ready for pickup in about 1/2 hour. Drove to the store and texted that I was here. The workers brought out my TV within 5 minutes and loaded into my truck. The QLED TCI 85" TV was easy to setup and the picture quality is awesome.

This TV has been an exceptional upgrade to my church. The picture is excellent and sound quality without a soundbar has been a pleasant surprise! Very happy with this purchase and the price was right!

Solid entry for the price. I wanted to upgrade to a bigger screen without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. The first TV arrived damaged and kudos to Best Buy for doing a really quick replacement. The picture quality is good and the viewing angle is better than I'd expected. Fairly weak speakers, but that's to be expected and I paired with a soundbar. One of the reasons I picked this model was for the Fire TV interface, which I find easier to navigate than the Google TV interface - it's easy to add apps and find them, it's easy to search, and the hot buttons on the remote for quick access to common apps are a nice feature. One note - the mounting hole pattern for this model is such that the screw holes are on the bottom quarter of the TV - if you wall mount, you're going to want to put the wall mount lower on the wall than you think you do, because the majority of the TV will be above the wall mount - measure three times and double-check yourself before you start drilling into the wall.

Great TV for the price. That being said you get what you pay for. The TV has a serious lag when selecting any kind of options for settings, apps etc. Once a show is playing it's fine, but it takes a long time for the TV to think and catch up. If you don't want to deal with the lag, find an option with a 120-240hz refresh rate. This one only has 60hz. Also, the sound is all over the place. I have to mute the commercials because they are super loud compared to everything else. It's not the apps, because my other older TVs do not do this.

Marvelous picture quality! The game is like it's IN my family room! My old TV was almost 20 yrs old... LCD...not even a LED. It was definitely time...and this 85" TCL was a great voice.

It's a very nice tv with a great picture, the sound could be a little better but i purchased TCL sound bar ,made it a lot better.

Great TV for the price, but the user interface needs improvement. Plenty times, very slow start up, and slow response time. Multiple times it does not detect my HDMI that is connected, and I had to reset the TV. These small problems should not be encountered for a brand new tv.

Ive been let down a few times by "budget tvs" the first time i turned them on. Immediately seeing the promises on the box were halfhearted. Completely opposite experience with this TCL. I wasnt familiar with the brand, and after 5-10 minutes of setup I queued up an episode of Dr. Who and was immediately blown away. I paused the show to write this review. I havent tried any gaming yet, but im looking forward to the "game master" picture setting. 6 stars. Keep up the good work TCL. If you are on the fence about this, the only reason not to get this would be if you can afford a top of the line screen. The TCL looks great, sounds great, and will save you money,
