    Packaged well so no damage upon delivery. Tv is slim but is heavy, so do not attempt to place on console or mount to wall by yourself. Mounting tv to wall took my husband and I about 20 minutes. The hardest part was connecting the cables to the tv from the cable box only because we chose a fixed mount, not one that would expand outward.

    The picture is phenomenal. We went with a bigger TV because the old one gave out and we needed to read the texts used in the programs without pausing and getting up and reading them. We initially thought we overcompensated, but we are so happy with the quality and size. Never going back to a small TV!!

    bought this TV and have been using it for two weeks now. The picture quality is good but not the best. The refresh rate is low but for a budget friendly 85” smart TV you’re definitely gonna get good bang for your buck.

    I really like this tv. I think the picture is great and video games look great. So far so good. Sound is subpar but I always knew I was gonna use a sound bar. Can’t beat it for the price so far.

    The tv works great! Best $650 spent! Best Buy had a great deal and the employees helped me through the whole process, even changing my pick up to delivery because I couldn't fit the tv in my car.

    I was torn between a lesser technology in a Samsung (because of the brand trust) and this TCL with better technology. I have not been disappointed! Great picture, great controls…very happy with my choice!

    For the money, I'm really happy with my purchase. I've had the tv for approximately a month and there have been no issues. I changed some of the pre-set picture and audio settings which helped greatly with both.
