Great TV for the price. Very easy to set up and log into streaming accounts.

I was torn between a lesser technology in a Samsung (because of the brand trust) and this TCL with better technology. I have not been disappointed! Great picture, great controls…very happy with my choice!

For the money, I'm really happy with my purchase. I've had the tv for approximately a month and there have been no issues. I changed some of the pre-set picture and audio settings which helped greatly with both.

Best Price for a 85" QLED TV with Amazon Fire TV OS which is best for my purposes. The OS is very slow at times. I have a Roku connected to get over that issue which has been working well for years now. Any OS that comes inbuilt is slow for some reason always. This TV has issues connecting with my Harmony HUB which makes it hard to use all my devices with one remote. I used Fire TV as a remote for config but I cant use the input source switch in harmony due to that and cant configure inputs with this tv on harmony. So thats a bummer, now I have to use multiple remotes like the olden days. The VESA mount was on the lower end of the TV because of which I cant push the TV all the way back to the mantle top on my mantle mount due to it touching the ceiling when pushed up. Have to buy an adapter to shift the VESA mount slots so that it works well for me. (dont know how much I will end up spending to make it look good on teh mantle mount.) The protection taps is stuck too tight on the screen which makes me feel uncomfortable to remove it as it feels like the screen will spoil if I pull too hard. Other than that the clarity is great and sound is great for regular watch. I dont miss the 120hz that this TV is lacking due to my audience and shows that are not demanding enough.

Quality was good. I would still recommend a sound bar but the sound isn't horrible. overall a 8/10 considering the price. bang for your buck!

This tv is awesome. The picture is as clear as models $1,000 more. TCL is the best bang for the buck. The sound could be better. However, we use a sound bar so it really doesn’t matter. I was debating over this model and the Hisense QLED. I’m glad I went TCL.

The picture quality is amazing, with vibrant colors and good contrast, perfect for movies and series in 4K. The Fire TV integration is fast and convenient, making it easy for me to access all the apps I use.

Overall it’s an amazing tv. I got it on sale for $777 with tax. That’s an amazing deal. Everything about the tv is great except for two things. When switching over to the other hdmi to get my ape tv box to work it takes about 15 to 29 seconds sometimes to fully switch over. Idk why it does that. but it’s not a big deal. The other thing is the colors are to vibrant. For the average person this tv will be amazing but if your like me and focus on the true colors and quality you might find this tv to vibrant. I had elf on and at some points the actors skin had an orange tint to it because the tv brought the color out to much in some scenes. It’s not that noticeable unless you’re really the type of person who maybe owns a oled tv or cared about the truest color quality. Overall the tv is great and I use it all the time. I just wish the colors were calibrated more evenly

I moved up from a 70" and this TV is big. Fits my wall perfectly. Only thing is it takes more work to get the best picture. I've heard other TVs get great pictures right out of the box. The Movie setting is very good, but needs some fine tuning.

For the price it is an excellent TV. It came in a timely manner and I am pleased with it.

Love the TCL’s I have purchased from BestBuy in the past. I always find them to be a great bang for the buck TV, and this one is no exception. Excellent picture and zero complaints!

Good picture quality only issue is the quality of sound would recommend getting a sound bar overall it’s a good tv
