    Racist delivery driver

    Iam African American and was called every racial slur from Best Buy delivery drivers.the first delivery was smooth but was super disappointed when we took it out of the box the entire Right side was broken . A week later the. New one arrived and I was told by the customer service lady when the new tv arrive make sure the delivery driver takes it out and plugs it in before they leave.request they do that and that’s when I was called every name but what my parents named me .i wouldn’t recommend any one to buy from best buy

    I purchased 2 of these TCL TVs, and both times I received them, the screens were messed up. What a waste. I ended up getting another brand. I will never get a TCL again if I can help it. It is definitely about personal choice, but I had a bad experience with this tv so nope not again.

    Tv was broken and got absolutely no help from either Best Buy or tcl. Customer service sucks
