A week later the. New one arrived and I was told by the customer service lady when the new tv arrive make sure the delivery driver takes it out and plugs it in before they leave.request they do that and that’s when I was called every name but what my parents named me .i wouldn’t recommend any one to buy from best buy

What a waste. I ended up getting another brand. I will never get a TCL again if I can help it. It is definitely about personal choice, but I had a bad experience with this tv so nope not again.

It was securely boxed and delivered on time. The delivery man called me about 45 minutes before my appointment to inform me he would be at my home at a specific time and they were. I've enjoyed the big screen, the beautiful picture color. I now have my own home theater. Thank you
