  • Install and delivery dont do it.

    They cant schedule an installation after the delivery. I was told multiple times the delo ery and install was the geek squad best buy team. They hired itnout to a 3rd party for delivery and a 4th for install. Then no call no show the first scheduled delivery. Then delivered with no install. Currently sitting in my house waiting to be installed who knows when. Buyer beware dont trust the schedule and be ready to waste multiple days of your life.

    It's ok if you're coming from an older tv. Blacks are not that deep black, the brightness could be a little better. Sports or action movies have a noticeable blur (and yes, I've adjusted and played with the motion settings). I just don't get how this tv can get so many 5 star reviews. The 2023 version of the Q7 and the Hisense U6n are $200 bucks more and have full array local dimming and better brightness. I think those are the better options. I also have a 3 yr old middle of the pack Sony that has the full array local dimming and it just makes the picture viewing experience better; especially when trying to view a movie in a dark room. I fell for the 5 star hype, spend the extra $200 to get it right the 1st time.

    Picture is good. Replaced a 75" Hisense which I think was better but only lasted 2 years.

    Seems very bright and good contrast, but if I'm being very picky: with it so big sometimes the dark color areas look slightly pixelated
