Great Customer service with TLC. The fixed the issue with me on the phone.

Poor wall mount options

Oddly enough, this TV has a speaker the juts out right in the middle of the back of the TV where a swivel mount would go, and I also can't find a simple tilt mount that has the appropriate mounting hole spacing. I will probably return this for something more amenable to a normal mount. Sad because the picture quality I saw in the store was great.
