However, after unpacking and setting it up, I was disappointed to find that the 85-inch model has a much thinner back panel and lacks the advertised subwoofer and up-firing speakers on the back. As a result, the sound quality is noticeably inferior compared to the smaller models, which do include those built-in speaker features. This is a significant misrepresentation, as the inclusion of these built-in speakers was a major selling point. It's misleading to advertise features that are missing from this specific model.

The clarity and quality of this tv has made movies from the 90s seem like they were made in the last 5 years!

Would definitely recommend TCL TVs Customer service at Best Buy was amazing as well, really appreciate those that helped us.
