I originally wanted the 85” TCL but it wasn’t available and I feel like I got the run around. I purchased it on Cyber Monday but never got it and when I showed up at the store it had been cancelled and I wasn’t notified. I let Marcus the manager know that I was not happy and hate that there wasn’t better communication on the app which the system kept pushing me to. Marcus was able to help me and rectify the situation with a better quality television for almost the same price. It cost me more money but Marcus made the situation a little better for me. Cudos to Marcus for working with me the customer to make the bad situation and bad customer service better. I haven’t opened the television yet but I’m hopeful and certain that it will be a gorgeous picture and perform as it should.
