    I have purchased 3 of these TCL S5's. I have had zero issues with them. The quality is fantastic for the price. Every time I buy from Best Buy they make sure that it is loaded onto the truck correctly & have even offered to take it to my building free of charge so that I am satisfied. It's not just what you buy it is also where you buy it from.

    This TV is an amazing addition to any home at the price point I purchsed it for. ( $799) Smooth pictures, great colors and no blur while watching sports or playing my PS5 on it. Highly recommend as TCL has come a LONG way! They've always been good, they have just gotten even better!

    Bought this for the living room. Wife and kids watch a variety of streaming services, and I use a PC via HDMI. We were not concerned with HDR for this TV, or even 4k to be honest. TV is bright and does what it was purchased for. Occasionally the menu takes a bit to come up - but hey, it was the right price! PS - we use a sound bar for better sound.

    I bought this TV for the ranch. I never bought this brand before, but TCL has local programming and movies I can purchase. The best part is being able to read the closed captions and text message scenes. It’s like a movie theater at home.
