You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance. Best tv for bang of buck

You will need two people to bring it inside. Possibly flat rolling dolly’s to make it easier. The graphics for gaming are superb, it makes my studio sounds like a theatre. No complaints. Fully satisfied. Worth the money.
