Already broken, TCL doesn't offer support

It's under a 1 year warranty according to the box, but I couldn't register the model on their website. They also have not been responsive on their social media. I should have done more research because there are plenty of people that said they aren't responsive on Facebook. Their products break quickly, and if they have decided that they are no longer offering support on a product they will not honor their own warranty.
