This headset works well. It's plug and play, and is simple to use. The only drawback is that the cord can sometimes get in the way. Wireless might be a better option.

I work from home and am on a lot of conference calls, so having a comfortable, reliable headset is essential. This one fits the bill. It's too early to tell how durable it is, but so far, so good.

I use this headset very often. Bought it several months ago. Still working great. Wear them for 2 or 3 hours at a time every 3 or 4 days. I can hear perfectly and others can hear me very well. Great buy!

Excellent clarity, comfortable earpiece for either left or right side, mute button is a bonus. Allows you to get so much done while still talking on the phone.

This headset can be used on either ear and it allows you to adjust the volume. It appears to be sturdy, it has been pulled or dropped on occasion by accident but it still works well.

I have had many different headsets over the years and this one is the best by far. It folds up, has great sound quality and stays out of your way. It has the controls right on the cord so they are easy to find when you need them.

I was looking for a headset with microphone for my Panasonic KX-TGA660 portable phone(s). Because there is only one ear cup, the plastic piece on the opposite end is not very comfortable. I would not like to wear these all day. On the other hand, for hands-free operation without placing the portable phone on speaker phone mode (everyone can hear the other end), it works just fine.

Comfortable and compact. This headset is a great for mobility and very comfortable to wear.

I purchased the unit to get an increase in volume. It does that very well. Also, the mike is more sensitive than the one it replaced.

Item arrived very quickly and given that I have a Panasonic home phone I didn't anticipate that there would be any problems. I was not disappointed. Highly recommend this item at this price point.

Can hear clearly and the people on other end can also hear clearly. Just what I need so my hands are free to do other things while on phone.

Good value, folds up easily. Sound could be better, when fully up it is still soft.

I couldn't seem to find a headset with dual speakers (one for each ear) which is what I prefer. So I have settled for this one and I'm not really disappointed at all. It works well. While I'd rather have 2 speakers this meets the need so far. No real complaints. Owned for 1 month now and use 5-12 times daily.

I use this for work at home and works great for the cheap price, no issues with it at all
