I picked this because I've used Plantronics products at work for years and always been pleased. I was disappointed. It "works" just fine, but it has a very tinny sound that makes it unpleasant to listen to.

Useful gadget for making hand free calls. Great for home use.

I was sold this item as the solution for getting a headset to work with my iPhone (sales person was from the Mobile department). However, when I got it home and opened it, the connector was the wrong type. So, another trip to the store to return and find something that would work.

I read the mixed reviews and unfortunately, for me, it is a negative. I heard static and a low volume (although my phone was on a high volume), the entire conversations. Also, I am disappointed that Best Buy would not exchange or refund the purchase, due to placing a return of ONLY 15 days as the policy. Ridiculous!

bought with a Panasonic phone you would think they would be compatible and it does work but not well bought a different brand and it works fine

I bought the headset to use with a new Panasonic home phone, and I am very well pleased with it. The headset is very light, has a nice adjustable fit, comfortable on the ear, and has a volume control on the connecting wire. And, it is very well priced.

This was the 3rd time I bought the headset. All 3 sets were broken. I have given up on trying to purchase this particular headset.

This unit is about the only thing on the market for a regular land line phone anymore that isn't over-the-moon expensive. We were just looking for something simple and inexpensive to free up our hands while on the phone. Seems you can get this product or get a wireless unit for lots of money. So we took this one, and it works very well. We are getting the promised sound quality, too. All in all, it's a very good headset for the price.

If you need a hands free set for your cordless phone, this will serve you just fine. Comfortable. The only thing I would change is the mute button. You have to keep it continually pushed with your finger, there isn't any way to lock it on. I just use the mute feature on the phone handset instead.

I don't regret my purchase. Still works great even though my daughter gets a hold of it from time to time. I have been using this headset everyday for 4 months. My callers hear my fine and it also cancels out background noise. Mute function works great. I feel that anything that can make it through a baby's reaching, grabbing and biting for 2 months plus extended use for 4 months, deserves a good review.

This Panasonic headset provides basic features at a low cost. It is excellent for general use, and is very comfortable to wear.

Hello i have a question does this headset work with Panasonic KX-TS880 ???

Works great on business calls. Have to watch out for background noise, it cuts down on the volume the person on the other end hears.

They were ok except the volume doesn't go up far enough for me to hear anyone on the other end. I bought also for my husband and says there ok also he uses his for his business.
