I watch the movie digital, but after see this stealbook, i’m sold

Come on bestbuy, you guys really need to learn how to package stuff. Theres really no excuse for this.

As a lifelong TMNT fan since the 80's, I was a bit wary when this movie was first announced, especially after the last two live action flicks were, let's say, less than stellar. Howevver, the previews won me over with the amazing art style and quirky sense of humor, and I went in with a positive mindset, and I wasn't disappointed. With more focus on the "Teenage" aspect of the characters, these Turtles do feel like young teenagers, and the actors portray them well. At times it feels more like an early John Hughes movie than a ninja action flick, thought that is by no means a detriment to the movie. There is plenty of action, and humor as well. Some of the humor was hit or miss for me, there seemed to be a bit too much emphasis on pop culture references, but maybe I'm just a cranky old guy. Maybe. But overall the writing is well done, and really captures the spirit of the franchise. And not to spoil anything, but the ending features something that I had hoped to see in other versions, and it will be interesting to see how it plays out in the forthcoming TV series and sequel. While I can't say this the apex of the franchise for me personally, I can say this is an enjoyable watch and I'm looking forward to what's in store for this particular incarnation. Oh, and the steelbook is nice with some great artwork. Kudos.

great movie and the steelbook looks amazing, however the packaging best buy does makes me hesitant to purchase steelbooks as the use next to no protection in the box, literally just and empty box with the movie, no bubble wrap or anything, and ive ordered 3 different steelbooks, all came in fine, but best buy needs to learn to protect the product for shipping

I love this movie, from the district style of the animation to the portrayal of the turtles and characters in the TMNT universe. It feels like a fresh adaptation with the same spirit; the turtles actually feel like cringey teens separate from New York, and the movie only takes itself seriously when it needs to. Overall, fun and a great buy.

Best version of the TMNT I have seen. The steelbook is really well done. Imo I think it’s better the back over are should be in the front while the front used for the back. But it’s whatever. Get this this steelbook while you still can before physical media comes to a close for Best Buy

USE A BOX WITH PADDING FOR SHIPPING! Also, a little quality control wouldn't hurt. If steelbooks are "collectible," then maybe act like it? Offer a replacement if there is a return where the seller makes a mistake. For your information, it's really hard to tell if there is damage under the shrink wrap especially if there is a J-Card. Which there is almost always.

I had heard good things about this movie, some saying it is the best TMNT movie. Well, I am not so sure. It looks pretty. Some may not like the animation, but I thought it was a nice change. It can be a bit busy at times though. There are some changes to the lore in this film but I suppose you have to reinvent the franchase to some degree otherwise it is just retelling the same story we know, which is what this film does for the most part with a few minor deviations. Personally, I would watch the other animated film or even the original live-action films before rewatching this one. The HDR is not on the same level as the new Spider-Man Spider-verse films. It has some punch, but it's pretty dark and the highlights aren't as dazzling. The audio is pretty solid here with a Dolby Atmos audio option. The SteelBook packaging is a winner. I do live the presentation even though Paramount still doesn't provide any artwork on the discs, featuring a standard blue disc for the Blu-ray and a black disc for the 4K.

Initially i was disappointed with how long the release of this steelbook was but then i remembered how much i loved the movie and it was going to be worth the wait. The packaging was top notcb!

It’s not a bad little movie, it’s quirky and told from a certain point of view. I know a few people who didn’t like it cause they were expecting something else. I get the idea of this one, they’re in their early teens trying to get a grasp on what to do and who they want to be. I don’t mind having this in my collection.

The movie was awesome. Unique and fun to watch. I like that it was not like other tmnt movies. The art work on the steelbook is very nice. Ifbyou havent watched this movie, watch it.

I have yet to watch the movie itself, but the quality of the steelbook is fantastic. The artwork is high resolution, crisp, and vibrant. A great addition to any steelbook collection.

The kids love this movie, and even though I had my reservations it about the film at first it won me over. The 4k transfer is beautiful and really makes the colors pop.

One of the greatest additions to the Turtles story, unknown if it is canon since I think we all lost track but a must have for TMNT lovers for sure

Great 4K for the collection. Great fun film for the whole family. I love 4K steelbooks and I wish Best Buy would continue to sell them in 2024 and beyond.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, I love the animation art style, voice acting was solid and overall likable characters. The turtles are alive and well
