I got this as a gift from my husband after having a baby and not being able to go to the gym like I use to. The workouts are amazing, I had a great transformation and the coaches really motivate you! Great display and it takes your workout to the next level!

Great product. The instructors and quality of the equipment are amazing. This machine makes you feel like you have your own personal trainer, at any time and in the comfort of your own home, with zero risk of contracting the virus or being judged at a gym. After only a few weeks of training, I can already feel and see a difference. Had some connectivity issues to start, probably because my internet isn’t the best upstairs, but was able to easily tether to my iphone for lag-free workouts. Highly recommend!

This machine was my early Christmas present! since the first day I hooked it all up, nothing but positives vibes from it. The virtual trainers motivating you every which way, I love it! My wife loves enjoys the mobility training portion, so it’s a win win. Plus their support is very helpful if any issues arise.

Fantastic system. Great quality weights. Unit is solid and sturdy with a huge bright screen and good sound. Accessories are great quality too. Coaches are overall personable and knowledgeable. We’ve had it one month and love using it.

Love my tempo! There is a great range of workout classes - from strength, to HIIT, to yoga and meditation. All of the weights/barbell/ dumbell are high quality and tuck away so perfectly. And the coaches bring the energy! Just finished my first 4 week program and can't wait for more.

This is such a quality product I would definitely recommend. The price is worth it when you see all that you get with it. Since it is a good quality product the material it is made of is heavy so I would definitely recommend having someone to help set it up if you do delivery only option.

This product arrived in an absolutely massive box. Everything was packed well and easy to set up. The main device is all metal and screen - it's heavy and high-quality. Little details like the soft-close doors are nice to have. One thing to keep in mind is that this thing is tall! I thought it would fit, no problem, in my basement. I would recommend having 9-foot ceilings or greater for this to fit comfortably, as well as affording you the ability to raise weights above your head comfortably. You definitely need some space in front of the device as well. When you enter a class, it won't enter until you are at the desired distance (6 feet back, but, you'll want at least 2-3 feet beyond that). The interface itself is clean and easy to use, but sometimes it's a little less than intuitive to search for specific classes. One of the pain-points I found was trying to follow my partner at home, since you can't search for others, only follow people from the leaderboard from classes you take. There are lots of classes and programs to choose from at all skill levels. The coaches are engaging and knowledgeable. I enjoy classes with Coach Cole the most so far! The 3D camera and feedback system is nice, but it's not life-changing. For someone who has absolutely no idea what they're doing, the feedback will help you correct your form, but it isn't super advanced. It's nice that it's able to count reps for you, and for some movements like squats, it can show you in real-time how deep you are going (percentage-wise). It's very convenient to have this at home, I will say. I use this a lot more than I ever went to the gym. The monthly cost is a bummer (at around $40/mo), but I feel like I get the value out of it as I follow my program rigidly and complete extra classes when I'm up for it.

This is possibly one of the most excellent purchase I’ve done when it comes to work out equipment. The amount of space it takes up is not excessive and the quality of workouts it provides (w/ subscription) are great. It makes working out an easy and convenient task. My only issue is that it’s heavy so pick a good place where you won’t move it.

I love the size, convenience, and quality of the build. This thing is sturdy! Super convenient and easy to use. My only gripe is that changing weights is a bit tedious. Other than that, no complaints!

Let’s separate 2 things: the discipline people can muster to work out vs the actual equipment. About the first part: if you are someone who doesn’t need a buddy to drag them to the gym and just self motivated in general then this is for you. If you are the personal that does what’s necessary and get going despite “not feeling it” then this is for you. This is also for you if you are fed up with people hogging the weights in Planet Fitness while not really working out. The machine itself is slick and for the thousand buck range I got it for its worth it. Granted my wife and son have been using it too so the 39$ a month is reasonable for the live classes and amount of workout content they have. Realize though that you CANNOT get the Pay Annual rate of 360$ unless you buy the device direct on the Tempo site. The instructors are great. The content is solid. The search and filtering on the machine not the best but works. The machine itself is slick and Tempo support is good: our machine had a sound issue and they sent new parts and helped me install it. The weights are good for the avg person but I added a squat rack, a bench and 45 35 and 25 lbs Olympic plates. Didn’t buy Tempo cuz of their pricing but very easy to adjust on the screen when you work out as it doesn’t recognize non color coded plates. The weight clamps in the set are pretty but crap to put on. I find myself using the Bowflex Selecttechs adjustable dumbells way more often. The body adjustment tech where it corrects posture and counts reps is NOT pervasive I find. Many exercises don’t count reps on certain movements nor give posture cues so that’s not really prime time yet. In the end, why I gave it 4 stars is that I do like the software and programs and device BUT, apart from the body posture tech they claim, you can buy nice weights and a huge TV and stream from any subscriber app on your iPhone. I removed another star and made it avg as this is basically a paperweight of you don’t keep paying the steep 39$ a month.

I bought a Tempo during their pre-sale and it's a very well built product. The classes range from relatively easy to very challenging, and the form feedback, rep counts and leaderboards make this product standout from others. It also comes with everything you need including all the weights. The instructors are very engaging and make the classes very fun. Tempo also has a great community online where others post their workouts and encourage each other. Customer support very responsive when I had an issue. Highly recommended!

The Tempo is a great product. The delivery to the door was an easy process. It is very heavy in the box and I had to take it out of the box to get it in the room I wanted (Old house = Skinny Doorways). The product itself seems very high quality. The ease of set up was great and picking workouts is intuitive. I enjoyed the ability to track process and sign up for determined programs. The screen is awesome. The one thing that I felt was oversold was the ability to correct form. It seemed very limited in the number of exercises that are able to correct form. I would purposely mess up on exercises and didn't receive any feedback. I never had any issues with rep counts across the different exercises which I have heard others complain about. In short, if you are looking for something to really correct form, I would wait to purchase the Tempo until they further develop the AI technology.

I love how easy it is to assemble and use. I also love the variety of classes and programs that they offer, and the fact that you have the option to join live classes is great also. The only thing i dislike is that it hasnt been recognizing the weight i am using after the latest update, so i have to manually enter it. Other than that, everything else has been great!

Tempo Studio Connection Issues--poor support! My Tempo worked great for about 3 months, then I have been having issues connecting since. I believe it to be a faulty NIC card, but when I try to get support, they Tshoot over and over until providing an extender, that worked once. I spend more time calling with issues and troubleshooting than I get to even work out with it. I am a network engineer and know my network. My IOT devices work fine, but not this one.... or at least not for long. Feedback Please save your money. It's a headache if you get a faulty unit. Very unhelpful support and they will try to give you extenders and such, when what you may need is a new unit that actually works consistently. Date of experience: June 13, 2022

I was skeptical at first but love our Tempo machine! It has live classes, programs and pre-recorded content to choose from with the subscription (you do need the subscription for this equipment). Comes with everything you need! Large variety of options for working out. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for help to stay motivated and want a “personal trainer”, this is the equipment for you! I’ve tried so many things in the past but having the classes and instructors put together workout programs and keep track of your progress is fantastic!

I researched similar products for home gyms and I finally decided on the Tempo. Absolutely worth the high price tag. Very high quality and the set up was easy with my husband's help. It's been over a year since I worked out regularly at a gym so I started with the beginner classes. Coaches are motivating and I appreciate that they show you the exercises before starting a set. Great customer service from Best Buy. The product went on sale a week after I ordered it so I contacted customer service via chat and I was able to get a price adjustment.
