Best buy sold me a used/open box item

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty upsetting, I started to look at the box to open it and noticed that it had a layer of tape that was already cut once before and the just added new tape and tried to overlap it once I got inside I noticed the camera had scratches on one side and not the other assuming that the previous person had probably dropped it. Pretty upset since I've been a best buy fan for years hopefully this is a one time occurrence.

Wi-Fi Connection Issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The setup, following the provided instructions, was halted by the camera's inability to connect to Wi-Fi despite numerous attempts, levying various strategies including, resetting the camera via button, unplugging the camera and plugging it back in again, turning off the phone used to facilitate the setup and turning it back on, closing the phone app and reopening the phone app, connecting the camera to another Wi-Fi router, connecting to the camera to the Wi-Fi with the incorrect password, connecting the camera to another Wi-Fi router with the incorrect password, placing the camera right next to the router, placing the camera on top on the router, placing the camera with the router on top, getting close to it whispering, "...please...", but to no avail.
