Have to keep re-connecting to Wi-Fi .not good for watching the Kids

good product for the price, awful sound quality, both ways.

I bought 2 of them and they wont work right.also slag and slow.I hate them.I used on a Iphone 10 max Tryed on samsung 10 pluse.also on a ZTE so its not the phones.This is my frist cam Just got to sit in my house so when I when I left home I could catch my kids in the ack.so wast of my money.

Cameras for the money are ok. You get what you pay for

Similar to a web camera. It gives motion detection notices just because the sun comes up or goes down. Very annoying.

Great camera, the only thing it lights up red when it’s dark.

You can get a cheaper product that’ll work better than this. I plan to return it because it’s entirely too sensitive. Even after changing the settings, I was still receiving alerts about false movements.

I bought this brought it home and tried to install it and get it to connect on my phone. It was not easy and I wasn't impressed I actually ended up returning it and going with another product.

Not a good quality product, even for low price. App was difficult to set-up; had a hard time connecting to my wifi. Angles of the camera were decent, but range in front of window was less than satisfactory. Overall, crappy instruction manual. Had to mess around with camera to get it set up. The app kept crashing several times before I was able to install it. Also, one month of Cloud storage is free, to store camera footage. Afterwards, it's $10 a month. Lastly, unless outlet is further up, long plug in cord looks awful against wall. I highly recommend spending more money and getting yourself a BETTER CAMERA! I took both back.

Great Camera for the price I cannot get it to connect the Wi-Fi I placed next to router. Still no luck , 3 hours of trying everything. Return for refund Might be good for others. Not my experience. Samsung S10 Plus

Very basic, no Alexa integration, and cannot be used as a secret camera due to lights on the camera not being able to be turned off.

The Tend Secure application will no longer allow me to log in to your account. This may have been due to an upgrade earlier this year. I therefore cannot connect to the cameras. I suspect the application and the camera model has been abandoned since the company was sold last year. I am switching to Blink Mini cameras. I may then try to connect the Tend Lynx cameras to the Tuya application, otherwise they are going into the recycling bin.

One of those classics get what you pay for !garbage product soon as I updated the firmware as it required me to do the camera never came back online I tried everything that was support you name it I'm tech-savvy I'm set up mini cameras I was using correct 2.4 gig Network and their app nothing worked just junk. don't waste your time with it unless you want to be thoroughly annoyed or irritated ,returning camera immediately.

Pointless device. To use it as a webcam, you must first: 1- Install and connect it to a portable device. 2- Access said device on your PC using a browser and Tends extension. Wait a minute! I don't know of a portable device that doesn't already have a built-in camera. I don't want a Tends extension on my browser. Tend doesn't mention any of this in their literature or FAQs. Pro: My beagle puppy ate the packaging (so I can't return the camera). He tells me it tasted great.

camera keeps going off line. Would not buy again. also has a poor picture. The app and set up is difficult.

The yen’s app is suck, connection to my phone is bad. I wouldn’t recommend this product. It is trash.

Don't buy this! I was able to get it to sync only twice with my wifi...didn't want to have it on all the time. Then tried to log back in and poof - couldn't connect. chat was worthless and instructs went in circles. couldn't take it back because BestBuy has only a 15 day return policy and I didn't set it up right away so I was not aware of this MAJOR issue. Buyer beware!

Bought two to be placed in two different rooms. I read the reviews and decided to set these up by the wifi router then move them to the rooms. It took over an hour to set these up despite reading the directions and doing everything they said to do. Once I did get them working I moved them and lost connection from the wifi. The house is not more than 1,400 sq ft.

No phone to call ,no customer service, do not answer emails , the company that made this camera sucks. Bought at Best Buy in Florida worked for two weeks there drove to NY it worked for 1 week with many problems. Finally stoped working . I’m here inNY and it’s in FL. And without a camera on my winter home. And no way to call a tech rep.
