Even tried to reach out to the company and they sent instructions - hard to even understand. Would not recommend

Could not connect at all. We called customer support at trend and they could not figure out. Go with a different camera for easier set up.

Can’t even get it to set up

Work for a while but can't hook up

A Great Value Smart Camera

Has high level of video quality and a decent app. My only negative is that it no longer supports Google Assistant, and can only be integrated with Alexa Smart products. Definitely recommend.

Do yourself a favor and buy something else

Bought the item for an upcoming trip and it was a complete fail. To top it off after returning I missed the return cut-off date by 3 days so Best Buy 'can't' help me. Really, the whole experience doesn't deserve one-star.
