    I'm not real happy with my Lenovo purchase. I wish I had been told about features of the product. Specifically that I can't use my finger on the screen to move around, not the pointer. More comfortable for my shoulder to use my finger. I am 71 years old. I purchased it 2/6/2020, not 1/6/2020.

    bought this to replace remote on my phillips soundbar/blueray combination ; it works great for the blue ray part of the combination but IT ONLY CONTROLS THE VOLUME ON THE TV WHICH I DON'T USE; SO FOR THE PURPOSE THAT I BOUGHT IT FOR IT IS NEXT TO WORTHLESS;

    Purchased this for ease of one touch smart buttons. Problem is nowhere in the instructions or online does it tell you how to program, and there is no way to verbally get in touch with Terk. Very frustrating
