I purchased it because my smart remote stopped working

I should have followed my instinct and not purchased this product that was only available via curbside pickup - meaning I couldn't go inside the store and visually compare several universal remotes before deciding which one to purchase. I followed all the directions, pushing all of the required buttons and adding the available codes for my tv. Tried multiple times, even went to the website, and couldn't get it to work. Several days later I went to Target, visually saw several options for a universl remote, purchased one at t alower cost than this one, and it worked on the first try.

Bought this universal remote to use for a DVD player and it has been very inconsistent. Have had to reprogram it several times. Also, very fragile. Do not drop this and expect it to work again.

Was td it would operate pretty much any device. I have a 10 year old sony dvd/ surround sound system and the remote would not work very well anymore so i bought this item. Followed the instructions that were given over several days trying all the different options it gave to make it work but could never get my sony to work withit. My led lights in my cabinets, my samsung tv, my samsung blueray all worked with it but not the sony. Disappointed.

It wouldn't work for me period maybe it was because it was or is and older set. I hate to give it a bad rating I am thinking my tv to old over ten years . But the set works well

A good remote for a generic replacement but I was unable to use it for my Vizio smart tv and access the internet portion of the TV functions

I paid $99 to have TERK-4 remote installed in my Dad's assisted living apt. and within a couple days it wasn't working properly. I called to make an appt. to fix the issue. The Geek Squad person said he went to the gate, didn't get through and didn't call me as he should have in advance to gain entrance. so, he left and the next day the assisted living facility was closed to visitors and vendors. When this lockdown is over I would expect Geek Squad will reschedule the free call-back. I look forward to your positive reply.

The device is not compatible with the TV, sound bar or the system we have. We tried looking for the codes. It took awhile so we're just going to return it.

Had trouble finding code. Even after finding code it didn't have all the functions. Then when I went to use the play key it lost all functions for my sony bluray.

Does the job,(turns the TV off and on) not user friendly.... Not too happy with this purchase. Over priced for what you get/capability...

Doesn't really work well, hard to use buttons and the functions don't work with my Samsung tv like I'd hoped.

Doesn’t always recognize my tv. Can’t use the back button white using streaming apps

I purchased this remote to work with Apple TV Gen 4 but all I could do is select items and change the volume.

It is horrible. You have to actually get up and walk close to the tv in order for it to work.

Was only able to program Sony 4K TV into remote. Wasn’t able to do Sony 800 DVD or Apple TV. Disappointed

Got this for my twins tv it works but won’t like you go back to on app example Disney plus once you pick a movie can’t go back the main page

Didn’t work on my brand (Sanyo blue ray). Wasn’t listed. I returned the remote. As easy to set for television though.

It won't connect to the Comcast wireless cable box. So, we basically have no use for it.
