The point here is, if it takes longer then ten minutes - its not very user friendly, and belongs in the store that only sells to the Geek Squad.

The Home button doesn't work

I always have to turn the tv off if I want to go from maybe Hulu to Netflix and then turn it back on so I can see my apps. I also don't like that it is shiny black, it always has fingerprints.

" button for non-cable channels (ie, 4.1, 10.2, etc), nor would this remote sync with my Sceptre sound bar. Was excited to have a backlit remote for multiple devices, then disappointed it won't work with my products.

Terrible product wont accept any codes

None of them could even get the tv programmed let alone the sound bar or streaming. Cant return since I misplaced the receipt. Dont waste the money

Buy the Harmony instead,
