TERK buyer beware!

The product packaging states right on the front that it works great with ROKU. We were able to program the unit for 3 devices successfully, but could not program for ROKU. The instructions only provide 2 codes, neither of which work. The instructions include no telephone number for customer service or technical support, but do provide a URL. Went on-line to their support website - absolutely the WORST I've ever seen. Completely useless and forces the user into do-loops that lead no where. They do provide an 800 number, but the menu options are limited and provide no access point for TERK support - if you don't select one of the limited options, the call is dropped. HORRIBLE support..... will be returning this device and will not be purchasing any TERK branded products.

Codes wouldnt work with RokuTV
