AWESOME UNI-REMOTE

This remote replaced it right away. Some of the functionality of the television is forever lost, but I am happy with the functions that remain. Great remote!

Just what I needed.

This TERK 8 device remote works with the VCR (even with it being an older model) and my newer LCD TV, Blu-ray player and sound bar.

You might find more help going to YouTube for clearer instructions on its operations. Much better than instructions that came with it.

I don't really use this much anymore.

Be Sure of the Remote!

Could not connect to older Toshiba DVD/VCR

TERK had no codes in the instructions on web site for a Toshiba combined DVD/VCR. I tried the DVD codes and the VCR codes, but none worked. Two of them partially worked to power the box on/off and display status, but would not display a menu. I did not try to contact TERK for more codes. I ordered a used Toshiba remote elsewhere and am waiting for it to arrive. Since this was the only reason for buying the remote, I did not try it with any of the other devices. I have no reason to think that it would not work with newer devices.
