I got this antenna (September 2023) because we cut the cord. Not as powerful as I thought it would be. I did get some channels, but, even with the antenna plugged in and sitting outside, it still did not catch the big networks like ABC (WJLA 34 miles away) or CBS (WUSA 28 miles away). NBC (WRC 33 miles away) was choppy. Watching football or anything was challenging.
I am in southern MD, under 35 miles from all of the Washington DC antennas. Well within the advertised 65 mile maximum range of this antenna.
Fail
Wifey and I had a talk. We are going to stop being cheap and get the cable box back. Besides, doing all of those streaming services a-la-cart (Paramount+, Peacock, ESPN, and so on...) is costing more than the cable bill did! And it seems like they raise their subscription rates every 6 months too. ..SHEESH!

This antenna didn’t work as expected. It was ineffective at picking up a reliable signal, so I ended up returning it and purchasing a different brand. Disappointing performance for the price.

I bought this antenna while living in Tomball (Houston area), and the performance there was excellent. Using the same TV, it was able to pick up around 119 channels with very good picture quality and stable reception.
After moving to the Dallas area, outside the city, I tested it again with the same TV. It still detects and receives channels, but it takes a bit longer to lock onto the signal, especially when changing channels. Once the channel is locked, the picture quality is still very good.
Overall, this is a solid indoor antenna. Results clearly depend on location and distance from broadcast towers, but in good coverage areas it performs extremely well.

I purchased this product, so I could get rid of cable on some of my TVs. I just wanted basic channels on a few TVs. This is great if you do not need a lot of tv channels. I have 5 TVs with cable . I tried this on one and I love it. Good for guest rooms.

Great reception. The indoor antenna tech has come a long way. We are able to get all local channels. Some channels we do need to slightly adjust the positioning of the antenna but for the most part this is solid.

Works as described. I bought it to replace a 15 year old one, thinking newer tech would impove reception. It did find a few more channels and overall the reception is improved. I would recommend.

I recently purchased this external antenna and overall, I am satisfied with its performance; it delivers clear reception and works well once properly set up.
The only challenge I encountered was the channel selection process, which is not very intuitive; however, this may vary depending on the brand and model of the TV being used.

Needed this for local tv stations. Works pretty well for most local stations with exceptions on a very cloudy/stormy day, but usually only affects a couple of channels.

Picture quality is terrific. A huge improvement over past over the air antennas I have had. The reception is clear, no loosing signals as I have in the past. You would think it is cable. I think you will be happy with this purchase.
