    It is INCONCEIVABLE to me that a company with a product that has such complicated programming gives you NO WAY to contact them for help. No 800 number, no chat support. They obviously don't want you to contact them, even when their product doesn't work!

    Put in all codes for a samsung 85 in. Some of the buttons dont work at all. Some dont do the action that is on the button. Thought it would be a good option considering Samsung is a well known and popular brand.
