I had to return this charger because it did not work with my 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5. The 2025 model is when they started having the same charging port as a tesla natively installed on the car. Due to this I purchased the Tesla charger because I wouldnt need to use an adapter however after using it as well as with some troubleshooting research I found it wouldnt work with my car. I am giving it a 2 star instead of 1 because my in laws use this charger and its great for them (they are Tesla owners). This charger was the cheapest and highest quality charger that had both lvl 1 and lvl 2 charging capabilities which is why I originally purchased it. Such a shame it didn't work with my car!

Poor quality. It is out of order in two months. It was not clean as a brand new one when I got this product, But I just keep using because I don't want to return and wait for another week or so.
