Build quality is very nice. I like having the universal charger having both and the way they click into the base is very satisfying and solid. The reason why i didnt do 5 stars is because of the wifi connection. Apparently i have to new of a router and it wouldnt match up with the charger, after talking with tesla they told me that its the router. So i turned on one of my old ones and now it works just fine.

Very straightforward install!. Used a 50amp breaker with 6/2 wire to a Tesla pedestal. Currently charging at 9kw / 32mih / 240v. Sleek, classy and elegant!.

Great product, love the fact we can plug any EV with the universal adapter. We had an electrician come and install it to a separate breaker. Also like the length of the cord because it is long enough to charge it in the driveway if necessary.

This charger is about the same as a mobile tesla charger just smarter with app functions. Currently connected to off grid hybrid solar inverter tied to 3.5 kilowatts of solar panels. Charging at 2kilowatts. All grounded and installed with app timing off charger before sunset.

This Tesla Charger is great. Works flawlessly on my Audi. I had Tesla’s J-1772 and it also worked great at a previous home.

We are a 2 EV household - non- Tesla but wanted to future proof since most manufacturers are switching to Tesla plugs. We were able to fit a 60 amp circuit so we are able to get the most out of the charger — approximately twice the kw as our previous level 2 charger. Also have powerwalls so like that this charger is a part of the Tesla app.

Must have for bi- directional charging, if your going to install a Tesla charger anyway definitely go with this version as it’s more future proof and looks nice. All Professional installers recommend the Tesla charger over any others.

The Tesla Universal Wall Connector allows you to daisy chain to another wall charger which allows you to charge multiple vehicles using power sharing of a single circuit. This is a great feature.

I cant' say anything bad about this EV Charger. It works as intended and I think it actually looks great installed. Everyone should get one if they can.

Brand new. No issues with installation. Installer recommendation provided through BestBuy was unrealistically exorbitant. Hired a local electrician and costed 1/10 the price. Fast service for order ready and pick up. Price of charger same as Tesla shop.
