    A must have item especially now as all cars will have Nacs port. Sleek design and easy setup process is great. Charging a Ford car is easy now

  • Universal charger supports NACS & J1772 Elegantly!

    After shipment was delayed to ship out starting Nov30 got this installed in early December and the Tesla “Magic Jack” works well to easily support both J1772 and NACS although all the other car vendors have agreed to adopt NACS Tesla standard starting in 2025 the J1772 will slowly disappear. Supposedly this charger version has support for bi-directional charging when used with a Gateway which we already have because of our Tesla solar and powerwall however Tesla hasn’t activated this feature on their Tesla cars because it could effect powerwall battery sales — still think Tesla should enable this feature as an emergency backup feature to power your home using your Tesla or even non-Tesla cars like the upcoming Volvo EX90 SUV which supports bi-directional support — currently only Cybertruck has this feature enabled but supposedly the model 3 and Y can support this too if enabled by Tesla!

    Used for a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq Sport 3. Adapter works flawlessly. Future proof. You can set the time you want your car to charge. You can also see the speed at which it charges. 60 amp breaker recommended to get the max 48 amps. Tesla has a great app.

    Love this Tesla universal charger. Able to charge my Tesla and my Ford lightning. Best Buy made ordering super easy and it shipped very quick.

    Best Buy comes through again, 2023 Model Y charges so much faster now, Also charge my wifes BMW i3 too. Get the universal if you have a non Tesla too.

    I bought this to charge my F150 Lightning and Tesla. It seamlessly swapps between vehicles and pulls the full 48amp no issue. Even on very hot days where its in the direct sunlight it never stutters. Top knotch tesla quality.

    Amazing device I charge a Tesla Y and a Genesis GV60 The magic dock works as it should. I had to set to "compatibility mode" to get the GV60 to start charging automatically. This setting had no downside for home charging but hopefully Tesla will solve this with a firmware release.

    Use it for my f150 lightning. Worked great for a week and now the adatper wont release from the charger. I really dont want to have to pay my electrician to replace it. The magnet design for the adapter is pretty stupid

    I had the original universal Tesla Charger j1772 and this is a lot better as I don’t need to put an adapter on it.this one also lets you unlock it via handle unlike the J1772
