We were using the standard 110 connection and this is about 4 times faster and much easier to use.

This charger works as advertised, its awsome and eazy to use.

Does what it states it will do and does it well. Don't snicker, we've been in "planned obsolescence" for decades. That something does what is stated, is solid, accurately measured is a treat. Professionals will need to install it. Works and connects to existing systems easily.

This install was easy and the product works great. I am fully charged in less than 4 hours. You can also schedule the charging which saves money on your electric bill. I used pickup in store option which was also fast and easy.

Easy install, amazing look, quality feel. I’m glad I spent the extra money on a Tesla level 2 charger to charge my Tesla Model 3. Bought on 6/1, it’s now 8/3. Total saved on gas is $950 dollars. Best part is being able to schedule to start charging on non peak hours to save as much money as possible.

Excellent product. Available rightaway at bestbuy. My issue is not with bestbuy, as its excellent product and purchase and value. My issue is that there are no detailed instructions of use or official videos for tesla and non tesla cars. Which button to press, what connector to use, where to just pull out the connector, when to press the button etc. Detailed Documentation is needed from the Product management as that is missing with the product. wheres the manual of use??

A superb product that works with a Chevy Volt & Kia Niro EV. I have yet to try it on a Tesla. This upgrade install was a breeze. And wonderful BB sold it at the BEST PRICE.

Nice Universal Charger and Available. I had some gift cards and decided to get the Tesla Universal charger with the built in Universal EV adapter plug that releases only when the Tesla plug docs. This charger also lets you set the amperage for non-Tesla vehicles. So I recommend this over the regular wired charger even for the price difference. Quality is high build, and the wiring can be inserted from the rear, top or bottom. It was recommended to use a 60A breaker for me to get a full 48A charge at 11kwh.

Good product. Its worth buying it. Bestbuy gave me $50 refund after I price matched the product after the price went down from $650 to $600, and I did it on their app. That's awesome. Thanks Bestbuy.

This Tesla charger works perfectly with my VW ID.4 using an adapter. Charging is fast, stable, and reliable, with excellent build quality and a sturdy cable. Installation was easy, and it performs much better than the standard charger that came with the car. Highly recommend it for non-Tesla EV owners as well.

Love it - so much easier to come home and charge instead of sitting hours at different sights and waiting to finish up. Especially when it rains. Just plug in and sit back in the lounge chair and enjoy a good movie, snacks, dinner or do chores. Whatever you want.
